Clean rooms. I just asked for housekeeping once, but the staff took the initiative to clean my room almost every time I’m out. Friendly staff. I’m pretty sure hotels usually prohibit this kind of requests but they were kind enough to allow me to leave my luggage for a night even though I already checked out. Convenient location. It’s in the heart of Taipei. Near two MRT stations, Zhongshan MRT and Taipei Main Station. So many convenience stores, interesting shops (cafes, restaurants, health and beauty care and food chains) and just a few distance from the “Weekend Market”.

There was a building under construction right next to it. It was quite loud during weekdays since I’m on a workation. Just wrong timing of stay I guess. But if you’re usually out sightseeing the whole day, then it won’t be an issue As for me, they were so nice to transfer me to a room further away from the construction. Smaller room than what I booked but problem solved!

The room is not that bad for the price. There's no one there physically to guide you to check-in and out but the system they use is very convenient. The room attendant is very consistent in cleaning the room daily. The bed is great 👍🏻

It was difficult to find at first because it's not an entire building it's just an entire floor. The walk from the Metro is not bad only not good enough is because the exit to the hotel doesn't have an elevator neither an escalator so carrying your luggage up the stairs is not favorable.

Room looked newly-renovated and was spotlessly clean. Well-appointed, with TV, air-con and well-equipped bathroom. Automated check-in procedure sounded complicated, but worked fine. Great location; walking distance from the main station, with a metro station closer. Take-away coffee kiosk on the ground floor.

Checked in a bit before 3 pm and the machine didn't give us a key card, but there was a staff member there cleaning rooms who got the card for us. Room is quite small, but has everything you need. Most rooms overlook the road and are bit noisy, though it was better once I realised the window was slightly open and closed it. Take earplugs if you think noise might be a problem. It's a little tricky getting in and out of bed for the person nearest the window.

Second time staying here so I knew it was good. Clean, modern room with good bathroom including enclosed shower. Great location; walking distance from Taipei Main Station and with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Once again, the automated check-in didn't quite work and we needed to get help from a real person. This time, we got a message saying the room wasn't ready, even though it was after 3 pm. But the machine didn't tell us what we should do, so in the end we rang the buzzer to summon help and a staff member found another room for us.

The room is pretty clean, decent and well-maintained. Spacious enough for a couple. It has window view of the buildings and street. Their bathroom is my favorite part especially the Japanese style toilet bowl with all the convenient buttons lol. The place is also quite near Taipei Main Station. About a 10-12 minute walk. Also there are lots of convenience stores around the area.

During our time of stay, there were ongoing constructions in the area. Two buildings were being built directly adjacent and in front of the hotel. (March 19, 2024) So, the noise could get botherome in the morning. Bring earplugs.

I was allowed to checkin early, even though theres no one in the reception the staff remotely assisted me checked-in using their self check-in machine. The location has lots of restaurant nearby its also near the Main train station so for me commuting to the tourist attraction is not a challenge. The room is good for short stays and very comfortable, I only struggled little to use the rfid key.

The room is the perfect size for a solo traveller like myself. The location is super convenient as well as its about 10mins walk from Zhongshan MRT. Lots of buses around. Fei Qian Wu(popular unagi restaurant) is round the corner. And Yu Hang(soy milk/breakfast spot with snaking queues) is slightly further, near Shandao Temple MRT. The room is cleaned daily. There is a coffee place and a jap restaurant with the friendliest people downstairs. Family Mart and 7-11 is just across the street. I will definitely choose this place when I come back to Taiwan again.

Nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

It was okay, safe and clean. Self-checkin machine, no reception. There was a lady taking care and she helped me for self-check-in.

The hotel blocked some money on my credit card before arrival. They are still blocked 10 days after check-out. It never happened to me before and I stayed in many hotels around the world. They should just charge for the entire stay before arrival and that's it.

I never met the staff during my stay but the cleaning ladies where very helpful and cleaned the room everyday the place is clean and safe there is a night watchman at the entrance of the building. The location is just perfect ! The room was quite spacious and very comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again !

It's nestled at the city center, thus making trips around the city is convenient. The whole stay from our check-in to check-out was all via a machine which made the whole process smooth and fast! The cleaning staff we have met was also very kind and tried her best to accommodate us.

Maybe the entrance to the building can be improved. However, that was just a small thing to improve.
