Fantastic value and excellent location, on top of two MRT lines. Plenty of food (din tai fung within walking distance) in the area and a mall adjacent offers shopping options. Very friendly staff.

Not necessarily bad, just slightly unexpected: toilet paper does not get flushed down toilet and is placed in garbage receptacle in bathroom. No shower curtain. Hand held shower head.

Excellent location only a two minute walk from MRT Zhongshan station Exit 4. Decent size rooms. Everything worked fine. Good hot water and pressure.

Booking.com markets rooms with a balcony which is why I booked. However, there is only one small room with a balcony which I was not allocated. So I booked a room with a balcony when in fact you will probably be allocated a room with no balcony. Reception showed me there message to Booking.com to stop advertising their facilities but Booking.com continues to misrepresent by marketing rooms with a balcony.

This hotel has a great location. It is on the Green and red subway lines, and near the blue one. You can also walk underground from the airport MRT to the hotel. The room was large for Taipei, and had a sliding glass door with a balcony. The room faced the back of the building and overlooked a temple, so it was quiet despite being on a busy street. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to store luggage before check in and after check out.

There is nothing negative to say...the building is old, and the rooms show their age and look somewhat worn. But, everything worked and it was clean at a good price so in all this is a good place to stay, especially for a longer visit if you need room to spread out.

All the staff was very friendly and really made you feel at home. Request for additional pillow and bottled water were promptly met. The kids enjoyed small talks with the housekeeping aunties.

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom, which was exceptionally clean. The hotel’s location is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

Close to train station. Perfect location. Nothing special, but all you need to sleep and explore the city during the day.

Location is excellent - less than 20 meters away from MRT. Staff is very friendly and allowed us for early check-in. Room with a view of the city.

No bidet in the restroom.

the location is excellent and its very hard to beat compared to other hotels and air bnbs

the carpet is a bit old but the day we were leaving they were already putting in new carpet.
