- location was great. it was walking distance to ningxia night market, chifeng st, and 2 train stops (shuanglian and zhongshan stns) - the self-check-in and self-check-out were convenient. you just need to create a LINE account to contact the hotel staff - i requested for extra pillow and they obliged - heater works for both shower and sink faucet - AC works, so room was cold - didnt expect much from the tv, but it had international channels, so we were able to watch nba lol - the room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily

- walls are a bit thin as i could hear the alarm clock and muffled convo from next door. thankfully, my next-door neighbors are quiet at night, so i was able to sleep soundly - bathroom is quite small even for a 5ft girlie like me - the size of the room is just enough if you're only carrying backpacks or duffel bags. if you have medium-to-large luggage, then the room will be too cramped - elevator works but it runs slowly

I went during New Year's and most of the places I looked at were extremely overpriced. This place was the most affordable, and I was happy that it was quite pleasant for the price. It's a bit far from transit, but not too bad depending on which MRT station you are heading to. As a solo traveler, it was enough space for me, but for two my room might have been a tight squeeze for over a day stay. Also, during my stay I just used the side door so it was almost like living in my own apartment, so really glad I was able to book this during a holiday.

There is no elevator, which is fine with me but I think it's important to know.

The hotel is in a great location for metro and main station. Right on the door step of all the restauratants and happenings of zhongshan. Easy to find, tidy place with neat rooms. Good backpacking hotel. Would return if i went back to taipei.

You ought to know that the double rooms are tiny, and the en suite is not very private. Not a problem if you are tidy, and good friends with the person you are staying with

As someone who dislikes traffic noise, I could still hear the noise from the main street despite the closed window. But I figured it is something hard to avoid when you travel in Taiwan.

It’s a walking distance to Taipei Main Station and a lot of museums, Ning Xia Night Market and hole-in-the-wall bistros which were such a perfect way to end the night.

The room was smaller than expected but it was okay because most of the time we were out anyways!

Location was great, near shops and cityscapes

Elevator was not properly working and the instructions for check in can be a little confusing to some people.

It was my second visit within short time, I felt really comfortable staying here, customer service officer is really polite as well. Hassle free self check in. I was also surprised to get a free upgrade of my room to a bigger one. Short walk to the night Market, and convenient store is just 2-3 mins walk away

I like the room and the location, few mins walk to Ning Xia night Market. And also there's alot of foods nearby as well. Room wise, it's quite cozy for me, although there's not enough space for opening of luggage. But it's still fine for me.
