1. Location (near MRT, airport bus comes here but not back to airport, walkable to local morning market, Ningxia night market, Dihua Street). 2. Comfortable bed. 3. Size of room with individual and shared tables. Enough space to open 2 cabin luggage and still can walk around easily. 4. Very friendly and helpful staff (except for one staff perhaps bad mood affected by typhoon). 5. Strong water pressure and hot shower. 6. Friend likes coffee machine.

The location was excellent! only 5 5-minute walk from the metro red line and about a 5-10 min walk from most bus stops. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Both the shower and bath were great and the room was a lot more spacious than we both expected it to be. Daily room cleaning and bottled water was great. We overall, really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a huge TV which was great but no English channels which was a bit disappointing. Our room was located right next to the cleaning supplies closet and every time someone opened the door or got things out we could hear very clearly which was a bit frustrating, especially in the early morning. We often thought someone was trying to get into our room because of that. There was also a random red light in our room that wouldn't switch off and was a bit irritating when we were trying to go to sleep at night.

Very spacious room. Carpeted and clean. Great location: near a bus stop and train station. Plus a lot of stores and restaurants around the area. Free coffee on the lobby. Complete toiletries. We had a bathtub. They clean everyday which we appreciate. Fresh towels and water bottles given everyday. We loved staying here!

It would be nice to have 2 keys for a group of 4.

This is a great find, because I was shocked to see how hard it was to find budget accommodations in Taipei. Midweek rates at this place are very reasonable, especially considering the location. Room was a little on the small side, but was very clean and comfortable. It's just half a block from the metro and a busy morning/lunch market. There are so many restaurants and cafes around, but there is also a Starbucks and other US chains nearby. Fresh coffee in the lobby and snacks/drinking water replenished in the room each day.

There doesn't seem to be a way to leave the DND light on when you leave the room, so the room was made up each day even though I didn't really want that, but that's the only down side I can think of.

Location: convenient to metro & buses, opposite starbuck, good value resturants nearby, pleasant market street & shops. Clean, good bathroom, aircon, linen. Helpful staff.

Good sound insulation from street & foyer but terrible with neighboring rooms - hear everything & can’t sleep. Dont use the unsecured wifi, insist on password.

Location was great, close to the MRT and lots of food choices around it. Air con is strong and exact what we needed. Bathroom is a bit small but sufficient.

The room was sitting in residential apartment and it was very hot as soon as stepping out of the room.

1 of the 3 rooms we booked have this unpleasant smell, i think it was coming the bathroom drainage and tv doesn't have youtube/netflix unlike the 2 rooms.

this hotel is only a 3-min walk from the metro station and is surrounded by good and affordable food. the bed is comfortable, just the right level of firmness, water pressure is good and there are cable channels and best of all, the price is very reasonable!

space in the quad room is quite tight, some areas in the room are quite dusty

Soundproofing not adequate and can hear sounds from the hallway and neighbouring room sometimes.
