The room was very clean and the daily room refresh/cleaning service was very good. It was nice that the fridge was pre-powered on and that they supplied bottles of spring water. The bathroom water pressure was also fantastic as this is an area that more boutique hotels tend to lack in. The 'lounge' area on the 2nd floor was extremely convenient particularly when meeting up with old friends. Location was also quite convenient being only 400m from the MRT and right in front of the bus stop. Staff was also polite and friendly which was appreciated.

I really wished there was more hooks or places to hang towels/clothing in the bathroom. Everyday I kind of struggled with where to place towels and my clothing.

We recently stayed here with our infant, and we couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our family felt welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully prepared for our little one. A crib was already set up when we arrived, complete with fresh linens and a soft baby blanket. They even provided a baby bath The hotel snack area and rexeption were also incredibly accommodating. We really appreciated how child-friendly the entire environment was without ever feeling like we were compromising on quality or comfort. We also took advantage of the hotel's location—conveniently close to family-friendly attractions but quiet enough for peaceful naps throughout the day. The front desk staff helped us with everything from stroller-friendly walking routes. It’s rare to find a place that balances luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. They truly made our first trip with our infant a memorable and stress-free experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! **Highly recommend to any families traveling with little ones.**

Nothing out stay was almost perfect

Services, location, and facilities are top-notch. Via Loft Hotel's price is just right. The room size is pretty big for hotels in Taipei and it has Japanese toilet which is a must (hahaha) because the hotel's location is just a 15-min walk to Ningxia Night Market and 5-7 min walk to Shuanglian MRT Station. The hotel does not have free breakfast but it does have free food on the second floor which is heaven! The food offerings i.e. biscuits, cup noodles, jelly, and drinks are one of the best Taiwan has to offer. From the second floor's food haven, the hotel has weighing scale for luggages and airport shuttle service. The 24/7 free laundry service was a life saver! More importantly, the staff were very welcoming. Some members of the concierge have a little difficulty speaking in fluent English but they exert a lot of effort in making our stay wonderful. We can't forget Ralph who has been the most remarkable during our stay. He recommended the best places and even printed transportation routes for our personal itinerary. Taiwan's slogan "Heart of Asia" and "Waves of Wonder", Via Loft Hotel is a testament to the slogans. The services, hospitality, and location definitely makes us want to go back to Taiwan and stay in this hotel.

Things to improve: 1. Bathroom curtains - it has yellow stains. 2. Bed skirt - a few yellow stains. 3. TV - better if it has at least 1 streaming app.

For the price, it’s a very good deal! Rooms are a bit dark (compared to the pictures) but overall clean and not too noisy. Although, when people take their showers at night you can hear very loudly through the pipes. I didn’t have to wait for the lifts but if there was a long wait, as some comments mentioned, you can easily take the stairs. It’s only one flight of stairs!

The room was clean but if I lowered the ac it smelled a bit of humidity. There was a window but as you are on the 1/F facing the main road, you can’t really open the curtains.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, as it is only a few minutes walk from the MRT station Shuanglian on the red line. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we asked about storing our luggage before check-in the process was simple and by the time we returned the bags were already delivered to our room.

The hotel may be a little hard to spot if you don't know what to look for. I suggest looking at pictures of the exterior or using Google Maps to find your way. There was no breakfast, but there are many options nearby. While it never became an issue during our stay, please be advised that you may hear a little noise from the hall or other rooms if the other guests are noisy.

The location is great! It was walking distance to Zhongshan area. The bathroom was clean with bidet and bed was comfortable. They also offer self service laundry and some snacks which are a bonus. The hotel is in the building with other local residents but did not effect the whole experience. I feel sage.

The ac drain the water from time to time. So you’ll hear the water pouring sound. But no worries. It doesn’t mean it spills. I was worried for a second but it was nothing.

- The rooms on the main floor are centred around the busy food and drinks table which means it gets quite noisy as people get ready for their day. Not really their fault, the room doors are just a bit rubbish at keep noise out. So if you're a light sleeper, this could be an issue.

Location - only few minutes to MRT and 7/11 is downstair so very convenient Room - bed and pillow very comfy Bathroom - spacious, clean towel (body towel and hand towel provided), toilet seat with jet spray Common Area - spacious with complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice, snacks and even instant noodle Service - The Best - English speaking staff, they are very helpful. I forget stuff in the room, they reacted immediately (finding and returned it) Recommended to everyone :)

Nothing that I don't like.

It was a good location for 10 minutes to the MRT station, shops everywhere nearby, public cafe bar service was really convenient and helpful for a quick snack, and daily house keeping provided (looks like changing towels and rubbish, and refilling the cafe bar mainly). Staff greeted when they saw guests that was nice and I felt comfortable to stay with this atmosphere. Thank you :)

Great location 4 minutes walk to MRT station, staff are very friendly and professional,they speak English .bathroom has bidet and water pressure is great, room is very clean, free laundry room , free snacks, coffee and soft drinks.i highly recommend it and will stay here if I'm in taipei again
