The rooms matched the photos, and the 24/7 pantry is awesome! The selection won't be great of course, but when you want a free drink (bottled water, bottled tea, fanta, etc. Oh, and coffee and tea machines) or some snacks (cookies, chips, tea leaf egg) it's always available. Just 5mins from the yellow line, or 10–15mins to the red on foot.

I could hear the cleaner using the vacuum next door but my parents slept well during the night. Apparently the other side of the building and the road round the corner is a known red light district with host clubs, so if you're a young couple or came with kids, I don't recommend this place. Overheard at the desk, so pretty sure this hotel serves as a option for quickies and ons. It is across the road from a big motel as well.

The location is perfect. The staff were nice and kind. The rooms were clean as well as the bathrooms inside. There were also towels and toiletries. Airconditioning was also good. My most favorite was the 24/7 pantry!

The payment method was confusing. I confirmed the booking thru a card and opted to pay it as well thru card at the property. However, I got declined so we had to withdraw on an atm to pay for it on cash.

Location was not too far from the metro but had a 5-15 mins of walking depending on where you are going. The common area on floor 2 is great with complementary snacks and drinks! I wished we knew about this on the first day. Staff were helpful when we had questions and had to borrow a scissor. Room was great and met our needs and the space we needed for our luggage. We didn’t try the gym but I’m sure it is good.

The building itself doesn’t always smell the best in the main entrance of the building.

Location was great, although you might be surprised to see it from outside as the hotel is part of a residential building which looks pretty run-down BUT the hotel and the rooms aren't. We had the family room, it was clean with adequate space. The cafeteria offers a generous range of snacks and drinks to be consumed at your leisure, which I find it very thoughtful! Location is perfect, walking distance to train stations and many other spots like Ningxia Market, Dihua Street etc

As the building is shared, expect some time to wait for the lifts going up and down. I wanted to use the gym too but there was only a treadmill and no space to roll out a yoga mat.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms were comfortable and clean and the place was quiet enough for a decent sleep.

Rooms close to the elevator entrance can be loud because of other guests - but that’s not really the fault of the hotel.

My daughter and I were a bit sceptic when we saw the outside of the building but was surprised when we got to the property itself.. a total contrast from the condition of the exterior of the building and the location! The property itself was clean, and well kept. Facilities and staff were likewise commendable, and I won’t complain about the free food and drinks 24/7 for guests. I have recommended to my colleagues who are planning to visit next month. I will not think twice to book again at Goldinn the next time we visit Taipei.

I wasn’t very happy with the condition of the exterior of the building where the property is in at. A contrast from the property. it was like stepping into another world if I would compare. But it was forgivable because of the quality of Goldinn itself.

Our Quadruple room was larger than expected - great for our family of 5. The free snack bar had a decent selection for light breakfast and snacks. The free detergent provided was a bonus for the laundry room. Lots of convenient shops right outside. Thank you to all the front desk staff - they were all friendly and kind.

The area outside was a bit run down and messy. There is a club next door. There was only one lift to go up to the hotel which was shared but the rest of the tower block.

The hotel 24-hour snack bar with variety of nice bowl noddles, dimsum (in tbe morning) FREE. Room cozy with sufficient facility and quite clean. Staff very friendly as well. Convenient to go around Taipei city areas.

Very less tv programmes for children entertainment. With the rules of limited to 4-person for taxisles, a bit hard for family with more than 4 persons, hard to obtain 5-6 pax taxis unless used their apps platform such as Uber and etc.

The room was comfy and had a big desk which was great for doing my work at. The free snacks were great, could feed a family of 4! Perfectenschlag.

bad smell radiating from the bathroom, can be helped by leaving the extractor on for w a while. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything?

Comfortable room. Smooth check in. Free breakfast was good. Free snacks and soft drinks/tea/coffee all day in the common cafeteria area. 10-15 minute walk from the nearest train stations. Free laundry and dryer use. Also gave us little pineapple cakes and some drinks in the room to celebrate New Years, which was a nice touch.

It was a bit loud outside in the hallways late at night, with people talking or walking around with things. Probably okay if you are not a light sleeper.
