Perfect location. Not very central but we took a direct bus from the airport and walked for several minutes to arrive at the hotel. The location was good for my travel plan for the next morning. There were a lot of bus stations surrounding the hotel, so it was easier to take buses compared to MRT. Good-sized room with a very good bathroom. Friendly staff, good coffee for breakfast.

Trying to remember something that I didn't like, but nothing. I had what I asked for.

It is so convenient to travel around because it's near the mrt station for the orange line and red line. Orange line station is nearer but we always took the red line as it is more convenient because most of our planned tour is connected with the red line. It takes around 10-15 mins walk to get to the red line, so it's not that far for us. The jacuzzi is definitely a plus.

Maybe the only thing i didn't like was that there was no door seal underneath the door to prevent bugs or mosquitoes from entering. We saw them occasionally flying around, and we couldn't just let them fly around, so we had to chase and kill them because we were bitten already a couple of times while sleeping.

Love the space and bathtub. old but still clean. Like the advance toilet bowl with warm seat as well Breakfast also to our liking. Helpful and friendly staff, comfy stay. Location also ok. Love the mini night market outside. They will help us get meter cab when we inform them about our early activities. Mini fridge in working condition.

Need to tell the counter for room service, sometimes they forgot but will immediately clean up when reminded them in the evening. Mozi in breakfast area. Got window but no nice view. Breakfast timing is 7-10am, so we can't have bkf when we need to do early activities.

Staff were extremely helpful, even helping us with our luggage when we were struggling with it. They answered all our queries and were conversant in English which was very helpful for our complex queries. Location was excellent, within 30 mins of Taipei station and Ximending via train. Rooms were clean (including the tub) and beds were comfy. There was more than enough room for 2 big luggages to be open at the same time, along with space for us to sit and pack.

The wifi was very spotty, especially in the evenings. Would continuously connect then disconnect even when doing low bandwidth activities (like texting). Gave up and used data instead.

Great location. Super friendly front desk. Excellent hot water and large bathtub. This was our second stay and this time we realized washing machine and dryer in basement, also free coffee. Bed comfortable, can open window if you want to. They stored our luggage all day after we checked out. 10 minute walk to MRT. Great street food 30 second walk.

Some people might be put off by the carpeting, needs changing. Also if you want everything super fancy you won’t like it. We were very happy.

I do like thier services. Receptionist is very kind and they are very helpful if they can. Then what i really like is when we stay there is they always change the bath towel daily and clean and refill the water everyday.

I am not fanatic of thier breakfast everyday same. For 12 morning breakfast did not change. Always same. I hope when we came back again in their hotel breakfast will improve.

Location is perfect! MRT is 3 min walk from the hotel; PX Mart, Cosmed, eateries are nearby. There is also a night market stone throw away from the hotel. All reception staff are very polite and helpful. There is washing machine comes with washing powder and dryer to use for free. Room is clean. There is lift in the hotel. Toilet is spacious, comes with bathtub, rain shower and a high tech toilet bowl that warms the seat and washing function

There is no house keeping during the stay and no new bottle of water provided the next day.

The location was good, with a street food area about 100 meters away and selection of restaurants near the MRT station 5 minutes' walk away. The room was clean and spacious with a large desk top to work on and space to store a suitcase. The bathroom had a tub and shower with separate shower unit and toilet bowl fitted with modern Japanese technology. The breakfast was good with varied menus changing daily and the stall were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have fruit juice available. The 6 pm check in time might be inconvenient.

The location is so convenient. The staff was really accommodating and warm. They were very cheerful and easy to talk to. They explain things clearly and their description on the site is accurate and truthful. Rooms were well kept, and the bathroom was clean and stocked. They also have a basement where guests who have checked out can still stay while waiting for transportation/flight times. (By the way, this review was made, after news of the earthquake and we are praying and hoping Taiwan will recover soon. We are truly very grateful for their hospitality and warmth)

I enjoyed our stay so theres not much I didn't like really. Maybe trivial things like their water bottles supplied in the room was so hard to open, and that I wish there were a full length mirror in the room so we can check how we looked like before heading out. Also, I wish they could accommodate guests to check in at a much earlier time like the other hotels in other countries. But overall, it's a no frills, super convenient hotel for people who plan to go around, exploring the city and just wants a safe and quiet neighborhood to rest in during the night.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. The check-in and check-out was smooth. The area is conveniently located near Zhongshan Elementary School Station (Orange Line). Down the road, Qinggian Market and Night Market is located. The area is safe, well lit. The staff is very accommodating. Special shoutout to the lovely front desk officer who assisted me when I was having trouble connecting with the wi-fi. Oh, they also have breakfast! Definitely a place I will recommend to friends who will visit Taipei.

Nothing much really. The hotel's old and I suppose it's normal. It might need a little refurbishing but it's a little thing to fuzz over.
