The location was good, walking distance to a small night market and a lot of restaurant choices nearby esp for breakfast. There was a small misunderstanding upon check-in regarding advanced payments but was solved quickly. Super clean rooms and very spacious. The bathrooms were great with a TOTO toilet.

The lobby is not representative of the upper floors and rooms, it seemed a little sad. But you will be pleasantly surprised once you reach your room. Bed was too soft for my liking but the rest of the family did not mind it.

Hotel is in the city center. Around the hotel is a lot small markets as well as small night market. Hotel is close to the metro station. Room very clean, big. Every day housekeeping, clean towels, etc. Breakfast very tasty, maybe a bit too small portions but you can choose something international as well as local food. Hotel service totally fabulous; personnel was fantastic, very helpful, nice and kind. Highly recommended !!!

Professional and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from a 24/7 food market, bus stops and 5 minutes from the Zhongshan Primary School tube station. It’s 30 minutes by taxi or tube to Taipei 101.

The breakfast were nice but the vegetirian option are not enough. Eg, there is NO plain congee. Staff were nice & tried their best to help. Overall happy with the service & alternative option for the breakfast. Room were clean & tidy & front desk staff were very helpful.

Clean, spacious, and modern looking rooms. Lovely and attentive staff. Free self-serve happy hours are a nice touch! Location was perfect for our visit.

Pool was featured in listing but it was closed during our stay. This was one important search criterion for us, so we were disappointed.

Rooms were really comfortable, very clean with comfy beds and were very well appointed.

Restaurant and bar seem to be closed during the winter apart from breakfast.

Friendly people, good situation not far from Zhongshan nightmarket also MRT station. Breakfast buffet was excellent with Chinese also Western food. I can say: Next time Taipei, next time Aloft!

Pool was closed, but I made sense due to the cold time, nothing against the hotel, I.e. there‘s nothing what’s negative!
