Hotel is closed to MRT and there are restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The room is big enough to have four luggages and enough space to walk around. I love the bathtub within and ToTo toilet. There are even little stereo connected to the TV. The bed is comfortable. There are free laundry machines and dryer in hotel. Isolation is quite good, we rarely heard any noise from outside of room.

The only thing and I think it is quite tiny minor is one of two tumble dryers is quite weak.

Overall I had a good experience during my stay. The staffs are very friendly and approachable. The food is great and had lots of variety. The bed was very soft and comfortable. There is a direct bus to the airport which only costs less than 100 TWD

I was a bit unhappy about the 10% surcharge initially as I was only informed when I paid at the hotel. But apparently this only happens during peak times or public holidays.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was extremely roomy. Staff was helpful especially the ones working in the breakfast area. The bed was very comfortable. We paid extra for the windows but the room was directly facing an office building instead of facing unobstructed view. Hence, we closed the blind 99% of our time. We could have saved some money as the no window rooms are just as nice and modern. Breakfast was delicious with different hot food for the 5 morning breakfasts we had. The location is about 10 min walk to subway and less than 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus. I would return to this hotel.

There was no lotion offered in our room.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right between two MRT stations; the Minquan West Road station (red line, use exit 8) and the Zhongshan Elementary School station (orange line, use exit 2). It's not the most food rich area in Taipei, but there are a handful of solid options nearby. There are also convenience stores located by the MRT stations as well as down the small side street next to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is decent with a solid amount of options, some of which rotate daily. This was one of the more expensive hotels I stayed in on my trip, but it was still fairly affordable comparative to other cities. That extra cost gets you a slightly larger room with some additional features like a stereo system, a nice TV with a lot of viewing options and, at least in my case, an excellent view from the window. Everything in my room was very clean and well maintained and there was both a bath and a shower in the bathroom, along with a bidet on the toilet.

The bed was a bit too firm for me as a side sleeper, although it felt nice when back sleeping. The hot water in the shower tended to fluctuate a bit and would go cold periodically, but it seemed to respond fine when turned up. Because the breakfast dishes are served on platters without heating they tend to get cold when they sit out. This seems pretty common in Taiwan, though. I could have also used stronger coffee, it was a bit watery for me.

I was impressed with the quality of the room and bathroom. My family stayed very close to the elevator, but heard little to no noise. Same with the traffic outside the building. All staff that we interacted with were friendly, and the location was convenient for public transit access. Would easily stay here again.

The laundry facilities were a small drawback (though they are complimentary). There weren't many machines, and as a result they were well-used by guests. We went to a self-service laundromat a few blocks away the second time around.

Location: the hotel is not located very close to some of the main attractions, but it is just a couple of minutes away from Minquan W Rd station, from which you can catch both the red and orange MRT (metro) lines. Breakfast: the breakfast is exclusively Chinese style. Although the selection is not huge, it changes daily and it is of good quality. Staff: the staff were very polite and helpful.

Room: we room was nice and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. However, it was located on 2F (in Europe it’s the 1st floor). Since the hotel is situated on a very busy road, it was really noisy in the room both in the evening (not so problematic) and in the morning (I was woken up a few times by traffic despite being a heavy sleeper). Price: I found the hotel rather pricy. But admittedly prices in Taipei are rather high and it was during (solar) new year’s.

Amazing location. Walking distance to many restaurants and, most importantly, to the metro. Many ATM mashines are in the area, too. The rooms are very spacious, very clean with a small refrigerator. The coffee in the room is tasty, and you get a free bottle of water every day. Breakfast was different every morning and had lots of variety. The facility has a free-of-charge laundry on site, which is definitely a plus, and a nice area where you can rest, study, or read a book.

I felt weird that during breakfast, the staff kept staring at us and came to check every three minutes to see if we had finished our plates before taking them away. I felt awkward about it, but I suppose this is their way of showing respect and care.

The location is close to Minquan West Road metro station, served by the yellow and red lines. Red line is going through many of the top visiting spots of Taipei, so it's very convenient. The breakfast is great: a lot of variety and several new items day to day (we stayed 5 nights and there was always something different the morning after). It's much more Asian style, yet with a few nice western touches such as macarons. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Definitely recommended!

Carpets on the hallways are pretty stained, although not dirty. Some renovation could be considered.

I stayed here for 19 days and was satisfied with the quality and convenience there. The location is excellent. A night market is 20 minutes walk away. There are a lot of restaurants serving good food near a big hospital. The metro station and the red and yellow lines are also nearby. They provide laundry machines, driers, iced water, hot water, and even public umbrellas

You should introduce a booking system for laundry. Some people just forgot their clothes in the machine overnight, making it impossible to use.

Perfect moment for our vacation. Very well placed. Orange and red lines metro just near the hotel + lots of bus. Great room with space and a window. Our room was at the last floor which was a very good point. Cleaning room every day. Great bathroom with a bathtub and a shower with a lot of amenities. Towels are changed every day. A little expensive but kind of reasonable (around 150€ for 3 people per day), but if you want this quality of service and room like this you have to pay the price in Taipei. We decided to take 3 other nights at this hotel for the rest of our trip because everything is good in it. If you need to travel light, they keep your luggage if necessary if you go to another place.
