Great location and friendly staff! The hotel is in a great location—within walking distance to Zhongshan Elementary School train station and close to the 1841 airport bus stop, which made getting to Taoyuan Airport super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for nearby places to eat and the best transport options for our sightseeing plans. Check-in was smooth with a self-kiosk system that was easy to use. Would definitely stay here again for the convenience and hospitality!

Our room was on the second floor with no view, as it faced a neighboring housing unit. While this didn’t affect our stay too much, it’s worth noting for those who prefer a scenic view.

While the hotel offers a clean and convenient stay for travelers, it falls short in providing inviting spaces for work and socializing, such as laptop-friendly tables. The coffee bar, though functional, is quite basic, leaving some guests wishing for a more engaging atmosphere.

The location was very nice. It was close to food establishments such as McDo, 7-11, local stores, & coffee shops. The room was spacious, however, on our other room, it was quite small. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We only used our rooms for sleeping, that's why we didn't stay much but if you like outdoor views, there's nothing to see much on the window since a condominium is in front of the hotel. There were signs of aging on the interiors and the pillows were not that soft.

We liked the location of the hotel. It is close to the train station, shopping areas, attractions, restaurants. It has a safe and quiet neighborhood, best of all.

That the toilet has no bidet. And would be convenient if the hotel serves breakfast at least.

The room was perfect and in a great location. The self check-in station was awesome. We will definitely stay here again.

The curtains that block the bathroom window were missing. I saw curtains in the original post but there were non in our room.

The hotel surprised us with the Christmas Goodie on the room. Staff is very helpful on query, helping on booking taxi, query on the train schedule, very convinent with train station nearby, food, family mart, 7-11, etc

Air cond too cold. Heater not working. Too cold in the room

The room was very big and the size of the bathroom was half of the size of the room, so very big and nice too!! Loved it!

The room would always have a bad smell! If it wouldn't be from the air conditioner, would be from the window! The localization and the hotel were nice but the surroundings were very old, dirty, noisy and smelly. Didn't like it.

Clean, spacious and comfy. Walking distance to MRT 中三國小. After 10pm the entry door will be locked, safety. Nope problem with that as we always carry the room card out, we can use the card to scan and open the sliding glass door.
