The location of the Cozzi was really great - steps from the Shandao Temple subway stop. That was good because there weren't a lot of restaurants and bars in the immediate area. The main train station was close, however, and there were a lot of fast food spots and shops. We ended up going to the Taipei 101 area via subway where many more options were available. The room was quiet and very comfortable, the beds especially so. The close proximity to the subway was ideal for the trip to the main airport in Taoyuan. While it took some navigating through the main station, the separate airport train system was well signed and took about 12 minutes to transfer from the MRT. You can just your credit card on the airport train system by tapping the appropriate place on the entrance turnstiles - no need to buy a ticket. It cost less that USD $5 for the 35 minute ride to terminal 2.

Everything was fine, although the breakfast offerings were a bit strange.

Even though the room seems a bit aged as the carpets on the floor has stains and tear but the room was very well cleaned. Even the mirrors, shower room glass were sparkling. The room has a a very nice aroma that puts me at ease upon entering and even the hotel rooms corridors have that great scent. The towels provided seems new , pristine white without any stains. I felt very comfortable staying here. I had to call reception for another items but every time, they responded and came to my room with the items very very fast. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is good with convenient marts, plenty of good restaurants nearby and even near to HuaShan 1914 Creative Park.

The handwash basin could put a liquid handwash instead of soap bar which causes drying to the skin. Breakfast selection could be improved with more choices.

The location was great, one stop from Taipei Main Station, 2 stops from Ximen and Shandao Temple Exit 6 was just next to the hotel. Room was big and comfortable with a sofa in the room. Toilet had automatic washlet too. Cleanliness was good and partly due to the hotel being quite new. Breakfast was acceptable with a range of local as well as western dishes. The main dishes changes on daily basis so that was good. Counter staff were friendly and service by the cleaning lady was also good. Upon request, the hotel staff provided packed breakfast for us since we were leaving for the airport very early.

It would be good if each floor had their own hot and cold water dispenser instead of needing to go to the Lounge to refill. Lounge snacks were always the same as during breakfast. Would suggest a change of snacks after the breakfast session. Perhaps with more variety of food as well.

1. Exceptional location, just 1 min walk to Shandao Temple MRT station, one stop to Taipei Main Station, two stops to Ximen. 2-3 convenience stores just beside or opposite the hotel. 2. Great staff & service, love that they have all day tea & coffee at the lounge area. Requested the front desk help for airport taxi and it was arranged nicely and on time. 3. Comfortable room. The room is just nice to relax after a whole day of exploring. Amenities are well prepared, with light refreshments and snacks (which was free). The shower was nice with great water pressure. 4. Breakfast was good and good amount of choices. Love that it slightly changes every day, if you prefer to have breakfast outside, it’s easy also as many famous soy milk places are within walking distance.

Partially chose this accomodation because of the close proximity to Fuhang Soy Milk (it's literally just across the road, and the room we stayed in had a view of the long queue), but what we found was that the fact it's within steps of the closest MRT exit ended up being the main reason we loved our stay here. Hotel around Ximending can be a bit noisy, overcrowded and rooms small, but our stay here was quiet and very comfortable. Massive TV in the room was a pleasant surprise. Both the beds and the couch were comfortable. Bathroom was standard, though the heated lights were great for our winter trip. Very rare, but there was plenty of space for us to unpack 2 large suitcases at the same time. The breakfast buffet, although not extensive has a nice range of food choices (asian vs western) along with the classic continental choices. Their chicken nuggets are 100% the same as MacDonald's ones, so we definitely had more than we should have (no regrets).

Lack of USB ports bedside.

First time staying in Cozzi. The room is clean and comfortable. Room is spacious even with luggage fully opened. Sound insulation is great, didn't hear any noise from rooms beside us. The breakfast does not have a huge selection but it's very delicious. Can't praise enough of the hotel staffs, they are very polite and helpful, good job, keep it up. Overall a very satisfied stay with Cozzi.

The blind curtain is not fully covered, lights will leak around the curtain, got woken when sky lighten up, which is 5+ when we stay, not a big deal if you are a morning person

Genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of service. Stayed here with my husband and baby for a week. For my one year old, they provided a bath with thermometer (and stool), crib and steriliser. We had family moving to this hotel later in the week and looked after them even before they checked in by giving them access to the lounge to rest and snack (even when we weren't around) and even arranging a wheelchair for my mother who had injured herself just before the trip. The Asian style breakfast was delicious with a new dishes every day as well as some consistent staples. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the food too. Location is fantastic - metro line entrance across the road from the hotel and Huashan Creative Park a short walk away. Jetlag meant we could roll out of bed and wander across the road to Fu Hang Soy Milk before the line got too long.

The location was great - being right on the Bannan MRT line. Like anywhere in Taipei, there were conveniences all around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an earthquake during our stay and staff members checked in with us, which was very kind. Given a slight language barrier, they also helped with getting cabs, providing guidance about getting to the airport and made restaurant reservations. Given the busy-ness of the city, the hotel was a nice oasis for relaxation.

The room felt a bit cozy for two adults and one child for a 7 night stay. The breakfast buffet often had a couple of food items that was too cold. BUT - it wouldn't impact my decision to stay here again.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were also very comfy. The bathroom was also very clean and it was awesome that they had a Toto WC. No complaints about the room design. The hotel breakfast had good variety and they did change the offerings from day to day. There are 2 7-11s very close to the hotel so that's a plus point. The hotel's entrance is within sight from the Zhongxiao Xinsheng Exit 6 so it is conveniently located.

You can watch youtube and netflix on the hotel room tv but it wasn't easy setting up the casting connection with the phone. But this is a super minor comment. There's nothing wrong with the hotel :)

Good Location: MRT Bannan Line at the Taipei Main Station to Shandao Temple Station (just one station away), exit from exit no.6 and then cross a small road to reach the hotel. There is also bus stop at both side of the road near the hotel, just walking distance. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially Mr Wayne Chen (陳履任). Buffett breakfast was delicious, there are western food and many type of Taiwanese Local Food, menu items are on rotation, I was really enjoying the breakfast, thanks to the chefs. The hotel room was big and very clean, cleaners clean the room every day.

Nil
