The room and bathroom are big. Love the Japanese toilet!!! They have a supplies station in each floor where you can get unlimited bottled drinking water. There is an available laundry and ice machine at the 3rd floor. Wifi is fast and reliable. Very good breakfast buffet. Staff are nice and friendly. The hotel is just a 2 min walk to the Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station. It is also near Huashan 1914 Creative Park. There is a Family Mart and 7-11 nearby.

Breakfast not included. Two 7-11 and a Family Mart next door. Restaurants too. Room we got was full size bed and bathroom had a tub but is a sitting/standing shower which we enjoyed. The room has a table, mini fridge, and TV. There is annoying automatic light in the hallway. No closet, limited hangers. Location was walkable to a train but if you have luggage a taxi is best. They called a taxi for us when we went to the airport for 1300. They clean every 2 days.

Lack of closet was annoying. Wish they had Godzilla gifts/shirts/memorabilia. There is only a statue in the restaurant in the lobby but the worker turned on the light so we could see it. The lobby also has 2 pieces of art with Godzilla on it.

Exceptional service from the reception staff! Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay, exceeding our expectations.

Location was superb, just right outside exit of MRT station, although the nearest exit does not have lift, there is escalator. The staff are all super friendly, they were very accommodating to our requests especially important for us since we were travelling with a 1 year old infant. Washing machine and dryer are available that require coins. Rooms are generally very clean and tidy

Toilet is a little small (ceiling height is a little low).

The property is a Japanese chain… and it comes with facilities in room that are so good. From the toilet to the Onsen style wet room. The property is located next to the metro stop and centrally located for getting around easily. We really have no issues with this place.

The checkin was a little confusing, they must have had many people coming in at once. We were asked to wait for a room to be available and had to wait hours after checking time to get a room due to cleaning. This was really the only downside.

The location was really good & convenient, with 2 7-11 & a family mart, quite central to Taipei Main Station, nearby MRT & bank that offers foreign exchange services. It is also within walking distance of the famous Fuhang Soybean Milk & Youtiao. Rooms were beautiful & clean, as expected from a Japanese style. There is also a coin laundry services at level 3. Staff were helpful & check in was a breeze.

The location was great as the MTR station is super close. Lots of public transport options bus to everywhere. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Almost across the street from Huashan 1914 Creative Park. Loved lots of local eating options in alleyways behind the hotel. Plenty of convenient stores around. Very quiet despite being on a main road (the height helps). Breakfast spread was great, lots of both Asian and Continental options. Bathroom and toilet were clean. No everyday cleaning for environmental reasons which I didn't mind. Amenities station for extra things including water was useful. Staff were always smiling and greeting you. I found the mattress comfortable and there are two options for pillows.

Coffee could improve. Wish there was a wardrobe with doors to keep your clothes and shoes instead of pegs on the wall but I can see how that would cram the space.

Very clean, quiet, good location. Nice view from the top floors (even if not looking at the 101). All amenities available.

Standard rooms are quite small compared to other rooms I had for similar prices in Taipei/Taiwan. Cool to be at one of the top floors, but could do with a bit more space in the bedroom for that price.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were incredibly quiet and clean, and the hotel itself was situated near many restaurants and amenities (7-11 a stones throw away). By far the crown jewel of this place was the buffet! What a variety, and everything was so delicious!

The bathrooms and showers have every amenity you could possibly need! The rooms are a good size, and I especially loved the night gown/outfits they provided and the unlimited supply of water bottles.

There was a strong smell of paint in the common areas that made me feel light headed. The laundry machines were challenging to use.
