Friendly and helpful concierge (provides travel info attractions, a local annotated map, bus schedules), convenient location, excellent rooms. Can't say much about the other amenities, didn't try. - There is a bus stop just behind the hotel that takes you straight to northeastern spots (jiufen shifen etc.) as well as Raohe night market (which was pretty near). - Many food places within 10-15 minutes walk, mix of local and upmarket fare. There is food available in the hotel itself as well, but expensive to add on if not already included in your booking - didn't try so can't comment on whether it is value for money. - 10 minute walk to the metro, which is 1 stop away from the main station from which you can access most other lines

Great location, lovely staff (that even helped me with my food delivery), great spa facilities and gym. Breakfast was also good comparing to other hotels we stayed and had quite enough options for vegetarians.

Hotel takes a large deposit upon check in (around 900€) but that is nowhere stated on booking and it will be released back in 14 days. Since we are travelling for a several months that really makes an issue so just to be aware of big deposit.

Breakfast was excellent, very wholesome buffet breakfast. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Service staff were very helpful. Room service was efficient. Bus stops are near the hotel (within 5 mins of walking distance)

Hotel was a bit far from the nearest MRT, but there are buses nearby

Nice sized comfortable rooms. We stayed in a business room and it was handy to have a desk and a separate seating area. The staff were very helpful and really friendly. We had breakfast in the hotel once and the buffet had a lot of tasty choices. The room we had a view of Taipei 101, this was a nice surprise. The location is good, close to a metro station and walking distance to a few tourist attractions.

The hotel is right next to a busy intersection and then has two overpass highway roads above these so you have the effect of four very busy roads at all times. We were on the 12th floor and the road noise was constant and quite loud. We did not asked to be moved but as the roads are on three sides of the hotel not sure it would make a difference. I am sure if I had of asked the staff would have tried to do something, we were able to sleep so didn't bother but something to consider if your effected by noise or on a lower floor.

The room was very comfortable with great view and replenished snacks and drinks. It also had a Japanese style toilet. The SPA area was split by gender, was spacious, clean and had Sauna, Steam and hot SPA / & cold pool options. The Business Centre offered a comfortable and quiet space to work with a coffee machine and snacks. Staff were very helpful and helped print off my ticket from online check-in to my return flight. It was possible to borrow umbrellas at rainy times.

The shower room for the pool was quite basic and had cleaning chemical smell. The breakfast was buffet style and some of the dishes could have been hotter - but I enjoyed the variety and flavours.

Location exactly in the center of City everything is quickly accessible via transport or by foot. Services inside the house are also very good.

Big room, very clean. Staff were helpful and location is fine, it's easy to get everywhere. Basically, it's all you'd expect from a five star hotel.

When I checked in they took a holding payment for my room. I assumed they would return this immediately after checking out or even just accept this as my overall payment. Instead they charged me again on check out and I'm having to chase them up to release this initial holding payment which is still pending in my account. It's been a week now and this isn't a great way to operate, essentially double-charging customers until they ask for their money back.

We booked this hotel to be close to the Thailand Trade office as we were sorting out a visa there. The hotel was super close to the office and extremely convenient as we had to go back and forth several times. The hotel itself is very nice, plenty of lifts, nice reception staff, rooms comfortable. The pyramid lounge (business centre?) was a nice place to hang out and do some work, free coffee, beers, soft drinks, cakes and in the evening some fried rice and salad using I assume the breakfast leftovers.

I found the pillows in the room, like most hotels these days to be terrible and suffered some bad sleep. I wish more hotels offered a pillow menu. WiFi access in our room (middle of business floor) was not great, and I had to move to the business lounge to have a Zoom call. Breakfast was OK. I found the queue for eggs/noodles was stupidly long and badly organised (even if you wanted something simple like a fried egg, which I got but it was rushed, oily and not good, but took 10 minutes of waiting).

the hotel has a nice European feel and the hotel has a very nice in house sauna facility. service of the staff is excellent and way better than other similar hotels I have been to

there isn’t a subway nearby. if you are able to navigate buses then the area is pretty well connected to all major sites in Taipei

We loved the hotel, the rooms are big and comfortable and we really appreciated the bathroom. We also loved the pool and the spa. We were very happy that we could use the outdoor pool in winter and the spa was perfect.

The next MRT station is not exactly close and due to the freeway it's not a nice walk. Our first room was in the 5th room, and we were basically at the street level of the freeway. However, we then got another room on the backside and higher up, which was much better. If it wasn't for the location, especially the freeway intersection, the hotel would have been excellent.
