Great neighborhood, easy access to convenience stores and public transportation, lots of stores and restaurants close by. The room was spacious and quiet enough. Enjoyed the rainshower. Nice to have a tub although did not use it. Housekeeping did excellent job.

3-in-1 body/shampoo wash not good for my hair. Would've been nice to have separate shampoo/conditioner as an option. The room temperature cannot really be adjusted. Anyone can go up the elevators (without keycards) to any floor and rooms. I don't feel as safe since anyone can access the hotel even if they are not guests. Would be nice to have a soap dish by the sink. Security safe is not bolted down.

Small room but with everything you need. Great central location close the MRT and bus station. Staff made calls on my behalf to enquire if certain museums were open on New Years Day.

Housekeeping was finished quite late (probably past 16:00). Quite expensive rooms at the time of my stay (was over New Years Eve...). Carpet in the rooms was not super clean. One LED in from the lighting not working. At times no staff at the reception?!?

The right room layout, lighting, and cleanliness of the room bring a sense of comfort when entering the room. The right place to be alone and recharge your soul in peace. Of the many hotels I have ever stayed in, this hotel is the most comfortable for me.

Room was enormous! We had two Q sized beds, a baby cot, and still had plenty of space for our luggages, clothes and walking space in the room. The toilet was huge as well, with a tub, shower etc and almost the size of a hotel room on its own. We used the hot water dispenser a lot for milk for the babies as that was very convenient. We also did loads of laundry while we were there so it was great that there were coin operated washing machines and dryers. Location was excellent as we were right next to a 14-storey SOGO, a family mart, 7 Eleven, and plenty of street food around the area.

We were a windowless room. The carpet also had a slight musty smell but we weren’t too affected by it.

location is good, service is good too. room size is big and toliet size is spacious with bathtub.

1)the freezer is totally not working. they put the plug on but it is just room temp. should considered to replaced a new one. 2)It is a bit pricey given there is no outside view- there is window but the view is not toward the city but the neighbor's back-doors. 3) no breakfast included- what!? it costs TWD300 per person for breakfast, given the fee it charges for the room, we think it is totally unreasonable.

Friendly staff booked me a taxi to the airport as my flight left very early. Easy to access via train/tube. Near a night market and a weekend Market. Lovely bathroom and I appreciated that you took what you needed from downstairs (eco friendly) e.g. toothpicks, slippers, soap. They also let me leave my bag an extra evening when I visited Juifen for the night. Very helpful

It’s very clean, and its location is convenient.

The fact that it has a fourth floor, which is considered taboo for many hotels in Taiwan, caught my attention. I was surprised when I received my room card indicating that my room was on the fourth floor. If this is a concern for anyone, I recommend checking it out before making a reservation. However, I must say that everything was enjoyable and satisfactory during my stay😊

Close to MRT. Location has 7/11 and Family Mart downstairs. Close to a few restaurants. Bed very comfortable.

The bathroom has no door. It's air-conditioning is set to one temperature even if it though it gives you options it cannot be changed. They did provide a fan heater when asked if they could increase temperature

The property is walking distance to the train station, Family Mart is just right beside the hotel. Very convenient. You can also take an Uber to Taipei Main station the fare was abt 200 taiwan dollar. Not bad really

Great Location, Have Family Mart & 7-11 just step from hotel. Hotel Room is acceptation size. Staff in Breakfast room is very good hospitality.
