it has plenty of shower, toilet cubicles, hair dryer so you never hv to wait - and they all clean. the hostel is huge with multiple rooms but comfortable enough. the bed have privacy curtains and light. the mirror in the room is a bonus. the kitchen is big and enough seating. free laundry. but there also paid laundry nearby if u want a bigger dryer. there’s a grocery shop next door which i like to go. close to bus stop - if u need to go to Taipei Main Station it will take about 15mins journey & there’s plenty of bus.

all perfect. a bit away from Taipei Main Station but the bus network is really good

Staff are friendly and helpful. Lounge is good place to meet people. Kitchen has enough to cook a simple meal. Washing machine is free. Dryer costs a little (but is very slow so you're better off going to the laundrette next door to dry clothes).

Wi-fi is poor. This is an ongoing issue, and I don't know why they don't fix it. There are no lockers. There's a mini-safe to store passport, phone, and wallet but not, say, a laptop or tablet.

Good value with a functioning but limited shared kitchen. In the banking district so it's not very touristy, but has a good selection of restaurants and coffee shops. Grocery store next door and a Great gym, Jexer, several blocks away. Two metro lines also.

The upper bed made a lot of noise when someone used it. They offer a service for discounted (about $8 usd) train tickets. It was very confusing because it's not a ticket. They sell a voucher (cash only) that you use to buy a ticket and hope you get the train you want. They couldn't help me understand the system and it was worth $8 to buy the ticket online and know which train.

The dorm rooms have 4 beds each, and each room has its own air conditioning which is nice. The bed was comfy and had 2 outlets and an individual light. The showers and toilets were very clean. The common area is pretty well-furnished. I self checked-in after 9PM, which was a fairly simple process.

The paid heated dryer doesn't work very well. Not a big deal in the summer if you have a bunch of time to dry your clothes overnight outside, but in the winter (I visited in January), it basically means that you can dry like a T-shirt and a couple of undergarments at most (drying long pants or a hoodie will take forever). There was also a free spin dryer that might have helped my situation, but I was tired and didn't really think it through at the time.

Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was okay so I slept well. There is a very big communal area which gives true hostel vibes.

The carpet really has a weird smell. I think it needs to be renewed. I think the hostel could use some updates in some places so it looks new again. The bathroom was kind of clean but it wasn't perfect. Also I did not like the sinks that connected with each other. This did not feel clean at all. There is no towel rental which is really weird.

So many things. A nice and clean place thats ongoing throughout the day is swept. Free use of laundry machine. Big lounge and a kitchen (I don’t use the kitchen so I stop there) Nice area with restaurants and coffee places. Close to the subway all in all good value for the money. And also as a benefit good recommendation about what to do and how.

For me personally I can’t find a thing that they can improve…for the money you pay 💰

Good location, people and prices. Good for budget business travellers that want to stay in Taiwan longer. Nicer atmosphere than cheap hotels. 1 PM check-in.n Large and comfortable common/kitchen area.

Not good for late checkins. It's okay as I just get flights that arrive during the day to be safe. Some shower room construction during the day this month. Like other places it fills up on the weekends. Need to book early.

I’m a repeat customer. The only issue was that the door to our room was difficult to open and closed without using force, which created a lot of noise. The staff were aware of the problem but unfortunately couldn’t fix it during my stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, I’d definitely stay here again the next time. Overall, it remains an excellent choice for its value and comfort.

Good Hostel. I really liked the neighborhood it was in more than some other parts of Taipei I’ve stayed. Very well staffed and they keep the place clean. It was very social but this will vary by the guests staying at any given time of course.

More cooking appliances and kitchenware would have been nice

Very clean, had a very large public area to spend time and meet people. Not much noise at night. I would've stayed longer if not for the lack of lockers.

No lockers, but that's my fault for not reading the listing info. They provide a small safe (maybe 7 by 7 inches?) but I had problems with it, took the staff and I maybe 10 minutes to fix it. Room was also small. But beyond that, no issues. I'd stay here again.
