Lovely big rooms. Enormous bathroom. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping left us little snacks and bananas which was a nice touch. Breakfast menu did not change much but was adequate for us with toast, cereal, fruit and juice. Plenty of Asian options as well. Quietish neighbourhood but plenty of dinner options and only a few metro stops to the Raohe street market

It was a 10 minute walk to subway but we needed the exercise anyway. Bathroom ventilation in our friends' room was not as good as ours

The room is spacious, I like the tub most. The location is very great, because there is a night market nearby. Cheap food and delicious food is always my priority. Customers always prefer multi food choices if you consider restaurant number near your hotels. Besides, Taipei Metro station station is just three blocks away, like 15 minutes walking distance, so you don't need to worry about the transportation.

The smell of the room is the least thing I don't like. It is OK if the air condition is turned on and set at the highest stage.

The breakfast buffet was yummy with lots of options, the hotel is about 15 minutes from the closest MRT and very close to bike hire. The room was spacious and the spa was just lovely. I stayed for a long stay and there was room service each day, but I was left undisturbed if needed. I'm quite tall and the bed was a good size. They even provided free Taiwanese snacks.

The bed was too firm for my liking so I woke up sore some mornings, but I think that may just be how beds are there.

The type of the room was exactly as booked (stayed several nights with interruptions, so in different bookings) and which was very pleasant, a Japanese double room. Also the service employees at the different floors are very attentive and provide you with another bottle of water etc. whenever needed. It is really quiet in the rooms (which is maybe also thanks to the decent people who stayed there at the time of my stay and AC works very well. The hotel is also located quite well and not far to different metro stations (around 5 and 10 mins walking). If you need to go to Songshan airport, you can be there within 20 mins by metro. Breakfast is included by default and contains various cold and warm dishes every day. At the top of the building there`s even a quite surprising temple.

Room was really roomy. Actually, it was the BEST sized room I've seen for the price. Go for it, you'll like the size. And all the other facilities. Breakfast was adequately good. Not a big selection, but there was enough to feel satisfied. Hot with western and Chinese styles.

Not enough towel rails or hooks in the bathroom. Also, but not critical, it would be nice to have at least one electrical plug socket on each side of the bed. Almost everyone has a cell phone these days, which means a charger will be in use charging the phone while sleeping. And remember, the phone also acts as the bedside alarm clock.

The service was excellent. They actually gave us a free upgrade, but my partner wanted the wooden floor, so we didn't take it. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was decent. We are vegans, and they have enough vegan options.

The 📍 is accessible by bus but not by the MRT. However, Uber is a good option ... There was a window, but not really a view. Nothing else to complain really.

Room was excellent, (honeymoon suit) bathroom is a good distance aware from bedroom (my fiancée loved this - poo in peace). Bed is lovely, read some negative comments on Air condition but it was absolutely fine. Bathroom is excellent. Bed is excellent. Lot's of space.

Chairs in reception would be nice, it's very hot so when waiting for a pre-booked taxi it would be nice to sit down. Water in reception - travellers might be hot and weary - make reception area more customer friendly. Only 1 plug socket for Kettle and Fridge. No USB sockets in room. Only given 1 room card (used HSR ticket to keep A/C on).

I really appreciated the very spacious rooms in a good location within easy reach of multiple bus routes and frequent taxis. Comfy beds, good breakfast and 24-hour reception. The staff were courteous and helpful.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the bill, which we had asked to pay in advance. We were asked to pay again as we were leaving for our flight, and told the 'deposit' we had paid would be cancelled. Language was a problem as the manager was not really able to explain the issue clearly. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we have not been charged twice!

The location of the hotel is really good, just 5mins walking distance from e nearest MRT. Also the staff were courteous and friendly, and generally spoke decent English for international guests. The breakfast was pretty decent. The best part were the rooms, really large and well maintained and cleaned daily.

Some staff are not fully proficient in English and may not understand other accents. For me, I requested for a change of breakfast timing but although the staff nodded yes, she could not follow the request next day. Also cleaning staff forgot to take the laundry, which was a small bummer in an otherwise pretty good for value hotel.
