The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold foods and eggs to order. It was also nice that there was a lounge available during the day with drinks and snacks. There is a restaurant on-site if you wanted to eat dinner at the hotel. Staff were very helpful with maps and arranging taxis. The room was lovely. The hotel is about three block from Taipei's excellent subway system.

It would have been nice to be able to check-in earlier than 3 p.m., but they were able to store my luggage until that time.

Everything amazing! Amazing room with good soundproofing. Comfortable large bed. Amazing breakfast with many options. No dogs allowed in the hotel, which means that it is quiet and that there is a high level of hygiene (which isn't always the case these days...). The hotel staff are super helpful and give great advice on where to go hiking, how to get there, which restaurants to go to, and so on. Really amazing staff. Next time we are in Taipei, we will come back to this same hotel. Also, I will recommend the hotel to family members and friends who are interested in going to Taipei.

The service was top notch and they went above and beyond for me. The breakfast buffet was also top notch. The room was big and it was well furnished and very presentable. The choice for channels on the TV was good and there was an option to watch YouTube on it as well. The washroom was of ample and comfortable size was clean and well kept. The room was completely sound proof so ear plugs are not needed. Access to the hotel was easy from the MRT as the hotel was on a street with sidewalks.

The view from my room didn't really offer much to see i got to see a parking lot from the washroom side and the side of another building in the living area. Despite being able to control the thermostat the room was quite cold at 17c at night and there was no heating. The immediate location does not offer much for tourists. I wasn't provided a toothbrush and toothpaste

It's quite a big property. The staff are friendly. Love that the rooms are big and the bed is very comfortable.

The price point is good for more than one traveller. The location is for travellers who prefer a quieter, less touristy side. It's walkable to the train station and have buses about 12min walk direct access to the Taoyuan Airport but you'll need to be familiar.

Big TV, spacious and well designed room,

No bottle water supplied. As the tap water is not drinkable, it is troublesome to dress up , take the elevator to go to dining area to get water, Particularly it is not safe in the middle of the light. The management in Japan forgets that in Taiwan the tape water is not potable!😀😀😀

No bottled water in the room. Maybe can consider glass bottles if don’t want to use plastic bottle for environment purposes. Another way is to put water dispenser in each floor’s common area to make it more convenient. The price is rather steep too.

Awesome hotel with a great price. Location is good and in a quiet area of Taipei, but very close to everything.

The breakfast gets way too packed and there is no where to sit. Few times I couldnt get a seat for the breakfast, so I needed to skip. The breakfast food also runs out quickly if you get there in the later times of service.

The entire hotel had been stylishly renovated and was clean. The hotel is not large, so it was not crowded. Everything went smoothly. It's also conveniently located a 10-minute taxi ride from Matsuyama Airport. I basically took taxis everywhere I went, and there were no inconveniences.

Rooms are spacious, well designed with huge beds, and hotel is well situated close to lots of good food options. Good breakfast spread and in house laundry room was well appreciated.

Shower head holders were a little wonky and shower water pressure just passable.

Breakfast was included and offer great variety of bread, fruit, eggs, carb in Asian and Western style. Rooms are spacious, quiet, neatly decorated and clean.

The gym was below average with only few old equipment. Small and not 24 hours. One room has bath tub but the other had only a shower. Weird.
