I really like this hotel and had a great stay. I was a bit concerned because of some bad reviews but not at all. It is comfortable and I would stay here next time.

Maintainance and cleaning are always an issue in Taiwan... That's the truth. Could it be better maintained? Yes, but don't have such high hopes here. I found the place very clean when it comes to essentials like bathroom and bed. Some corners maybe not so clean but nothing that would bother me and I don't think everyone even realises

The room is spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Soundproof is wonderful; our room faces the construction site next to the building, but I can barely hear any noise. In addition, it's only 10 10-minute driving distance from both Taipei Station and Songshan Airport, so it's definitely a convenient spot for travellers.

It's located between 2 stations and needs about an 8-10-minute walk. The room was cleaned on a daily basis. However, we experienced a flooded shower room on the 4th and 5th nights, so you should remind them if you stay longer than 3 nights. The room rate in December is crazily high, but all hotels in Taipei are raising the price anyway.

The room was not as bad as what other people mentioned. The staff was welcoming. Especially the housekeeping lady was very nice. We had a fairly comfortable stay in overall.

The facilities are old and a bit dusty. I’m sure you won’t mind it if you don’t take a closer look at them. The bathroom is dark and the reflective wall is a bit scary.

Spacious, nice, clean room, built-in safe, location, near Songjiang Nanjing MRT station, helpful staff, 2 free daily bottles of water. Good aircon/fan system. Comfortable bed not too hard or soft. Also, washing machine and dryer available on ground floor but you need to pay a small charge. We enjoyed our 3 nights stay.

Some light switches couldn't turn on some of the lights in our room.

Great design, feels like a 4 stars hotel. Cozy hotel. Smooth checkin-checkout. Great location. Great value.

1) It's cold in winter (no heater / only AC, and no control). 2) No soundproof. Neighbors can be noisy / You can hear the traffic 3) Rooms are great but hotel facility looks like a bit outdated / can smell bad But still a good choice for accomodation!

Mouldy silicon around bathtub. The shower tap fell off the wall! Construction site next door started at 8.30am on Sunday and I was informed by the front desk construction is allowed on a Sunday in Taipei which is hard to believe.

The room is very cozy and quiet. The bed is super comfortable. I had good sleeps every night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Sometimes my room was not vacuumed after cleaning. But it doesn’t bother me.

Very spacious room with a big bathroom. Really good price considering the location and convenience. There isn't much public facility/ space but we found the laundry room to be super helpful (which only costs 50 NTD for laundry + another 50 NTD to dry). Breakfast was included and good.

Elevators were slow. The lobby was really small and far from welcoming. However, neither was an issue for us as the city itself had so much to offer.

Hotel is well located and safe, close to transport networks (busses metro). Plenty restaurants and convenience stores (7/11's) in the area.

The rooms need to get some TLC, I was out of the lucks, got a room with an A/C out of order.. and changed to a leaking bathroom room, I was hoping the hotel will make some compromise or give me some discount.. but nothing from them.
