While the room was small, it was more than enough for a solo traveler. It would also be able to accommodate two people for those who don’t mind the small space. The hotel is close to an MRT station so it was very convenient to get around to places. Many banks around the hotel for any money exchange. Power port able to accommodate to any type without the need of an adapter.

The shower was in a bathtub form and the barrier is raised very high. It would be very inconvenient for the elderly or anyone with any mobility difficulties. There was a slip mat provided. The hotel offers this eco cleaning system where bed linen change and full room clean is not done everyday. New towels, bin change and making the bed is still provided daily. Check in is at 3:00 pm.

This hotel has the thickest towels I’ve ever used, highly effective. We arrived in around 11 or even before and one of our rooms was already available, so we were allowed to use it at no extra cost. I recommend the larger deluxe rooms with two separate beds for the extra space they provide. Most power outlets in the room can take international plugs, so we had no problems with our European and Thai gear. In this narrow building, only a few rooms fit on each floor, meaning not much noise from other guests or doors. There is a good view outside the windows facing the street, and they open rather wide for some fresh air if needed. Bed and pillows were nice and comfortable. The two adjacent stops of the Green MRT line are not too far away, I’d say 200 and 400m, respectively.

One of our rooms had an aircon that seemed weaker than the other one. Fine with me, but some people might prefer a more aggressive cooling. There should be glasses and not just cups, for those who like to have a drink. In one of the rooms, the red “do not disturb” light didn’t work, so beds were made every day.

Very good location, just 3 mrt stops away from the airport mrt station, few mins walk to mrt exits and the bus stop just in the front. It located right in the front of a financial street with lots of nice office buildings, banks, and stores. The staffs are nice and thoughtful. The facility is very good value in this price range, l used to stay in a same price range taipei hotel but the facility is much older. My room has a huge window look down to the main street in both bedroom and bathroom, which I love the most. The bathtub and toilet are clean.

The carpet is hard for pulling your luggage, the lobby is quite small, but not a big deal. The door sometimes is hard to open at the first try. The late check out fee is quite high, 300ntd/hour. The uber location of the hotel is wrong, you need to type in the hotel address to book an uber.

Location is the best. Staff is good,can be more flexible. Rest: i am a bit disapointed this time, see below comments.

The breakfast is not includes varieties When I can at 08.30 in the morning,Food refilled so slowly. There is limited cold foods. No Ham and only 02 kinds of fruits in the buffet. I found hairs in the salad dressing and under food tong. I asked for early checked in 03 hrs , they charged me TWD300/hr, then I requested late check out ,they charged me TWD 300/hr. *There is a sign says : TWD 300/hr for early/late check in/out depends on situation. I stayed for 6 nights, I was thinking they can flexible in this case. "Total my stay more than TWD 16,000,I was thingking: is there a better situation ?"

Comfortable and convenient, 5 minutes walk to the metro and at a good price. Big window but the room was well insulated against external noise. I'd stay there again quite happily, but not in a windowless room. I don't understand many of the negatives in some of the other reviews.

Nothing, apart from the fire alarm at 10.30 pm on Sunday due to some moron smoking in their room.

The place is pretty small, but I'm guessing most hotels in Taiwan are. However, it's very centrally located near the metro and bus stations and not noisy at all, so you can sleep pretty well. The beds were comfy and the wifi worked fine. There are not many other facilities available

There was no window, although it was written already we were provided extra pillows but had to ask a couple of times which was annoying but was alright.

Location - It is near MRT Songjiang Nanjing Station, exit 6. There's also a bus stop near the hotel, though we used the MRT. Neighborhood is quiet on weekends. Room - spacious for two person, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice with bathtub. Our room doesn't have big windows or nice city view but it's ok if you don't mind having that. The room is clean. Toiletries - you can get them at 2nd floor lobby. Just take whatever you need.

The room was clean and had no offending smell, bottled water, towels and hotel slippers were changed everyday, most of the reception staff can speak English and were very helpful with recommendations and questions. Our request was a room with a view and a high floor and it was given to us. Convenient location with restaurants, milk tea places nearby and with access to bus and less than 5 minutes walk to an MRT station, very central. Citibank patrons, there is a Citibank nearby for your banking needs! Drinking water available.

Carpet and stairs area looked old and could have been cleaner. Fitness room can use some dumbbells and is very small. There could be more tourist flyers or paraphernalia available for the tourist guests, one of the receptionists we asked for help with couldn't seem to speak English. Drinking water dispenser only available on the 10th floor.

the only thing the hot breakfast are very cold.. if is hot buffet food should be hot not cold!
