Very clean and nice room considering price of the hotel. The whole room and bed are large. Bathroom is clean and pretty much upscale, there is a second TV to watch from the bath. Free water, soft drinks and snack are provided everyday. You can use self laundry services available at B2 floor. You need to walk a bit to reach nearest MRT station or convenience stores, but still very good location, especially for who are using Songshan international airport. You can borrow an umbrella under 200 NTD deposit, and it is returned when you return an umbrella.

Wifi is often broken, I think it is better to have your own wifi or use an international roaming.

The staff was excellent. They know English and are super helpful. There are lots of local mom/pop food places nearby. The closest MRT station is about 15 mins. walking distance. The room is spacious and likes having a couch very much. It looks like the bathrooms are newly remodeled.

The carpet is quite old and looks dirty. The pillows are very flat. The charger by the bed go to sleep mode at night and won’t charge. The neighborhood seems to be on the older part of ZhongShan.

We had a great stay! The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. What made our experience even more special was that we got a free upgrade to a fantastic room with a jacuzzi – it was the first time something like that happened to us, and it really made our trip memorable. We’ll keep a wonderful memory of this stay!

Room very big and clean, Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Water bottles and snacks everyday in the room. There is also a small gym in the hotel. Position is good, very close to MTR station and the area around the hotel is ok

No breakfast service in the hotel

Beautiful room and deep, spa bath. Separate shower and lots of free amenities, including drinks and snacks in the room.

Only problem was that there was only one electric outlet in the room that was useable, and it was the opposite side of the room to the bed. The hotel does offer rental of an extension cord for a $500 deposit that they will give back when you return it, but the room I had was quite large so even with the extension cord, the wire couldn't reach the bed. A few extra outlets in the room or including an extra long cable, as standard, in larger rooms would solve this problem.

The rooms are huge, there is a lot of space, it is very clean, and the air conditioner is strong so u will never feel the Taiwan heat!!

Using the tv was very complicated, even though we set the language to English it never change to it. Finding the apps in the tv was even harder, and the remote was old

Love the TV, you can mirror your YouTube onto the TV and they have movies to watch for free. It is great for a staycation. It’s also close to a lot of food places.

The cleanliness. Found hairs on the bed, and the jacuzzi doesn’t really work, when it turn it on, dirt comes out and it’s really loud. We end up not using it.

Booked this as our preferred hotel cancelled our bookings. It's ok, prices of hotels in Taipei is generally very expensive compared to other Asian cities.

No built in heater, we travelled when it had cold days. But the hotel gave us small portable heater to warm up the space.

Property location is very central. Safe Parking at the property available if you come by car. Included drinks and snacks available in the room 😀 Very convenient location to start your day trips.

Cleaning of room can be improved. Especially the furniture and SPA bath. Wet bath floor is very slippery especially if you use the provided disposable room slippers.

The mastering of English by the front desk during the whole stay was limited at best
