A nice hotel but getting tired. Not as nice as the picture, if the bed hadn't resembled a brick it would have been a very satisfactory stay. We loved the warm loo seat. The shower was very good. Not overly far from the metro so connections to every part of Taipei was very easy. The restaurant in the hotel does not appear to be in use. There is a microwave on the bar area that we could use. Close enough to many eating places it made no difference.

The location is convenient. Near to shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

It's quite an hold hotel so everything is a bit rundown. The room size is a bit small but ok with a chair and armchair etc.

It’s not the cleanest. There was a fake eyelash and some hair on the bathroom floor when we checked into our room. The bathroom looked like it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned.

I found out one night. The reason I was chilly was because the window was not working, being slightly open in the corner.

Exceptional location. Classic furniture with carpet floor. Room is clean. Friendly lady receptionist.

No free extension checkout time. maybe it is just normal practice in Taiwan.

The room was clean and spacious, The location is very convernient and near TMS. We'll surely visit next time.

Friendly hotel staff and the location of the hotel, walking distance to 2 MRT station and many restaurants around this area.

Bathroom's cloth hanger is not available, WIFI speed and signal are not stable, weak for Video conferencing.

The staffs were really sweet, they answered our demands so flexibly.

The shower room is not cleaned so much when we asked to clean the room. However, the price of stay was quite reasonable so I can understand when I consider this fact :)
