Good hotel location - depending on the room orientation and level quiet, with shops and restaurants around the corner. Since it is a small hotel with no restaurant, i.e. not busy and thanks to 24h reception service, it offers good balance between privacy and safeness. My room was spacious, equipped with electric kettle and fridge. Friendly and helpful reception staff (e.g. issue in other room effecting my room was solved immediately by room change).

There is no regular cleaning service, which is not an issue for a few nights, but after 5 nights I had to request it and still had to ask for toilet paper at the reception desk afterwards😉.

Good location - only 10 minute walk to an MRT station and close to a bus route too. Good restaurants and shops in walking distance, but also nice and quiet, especially at night. The water bottle filling station in the lobby is a nice touch. The staff were very kind, and they even helped us to book a car to the airport because we needed to leave before 6am. It was very convenient and a nice stay overall.

The room was a little cold, and the thermostat was a bit confusing. Mattress was on the firmer side, but that is pretty normal for Asia.

Love how spacious the room is. Very quiet and comfy (we actually slept through our alarms). Comes with Netflix which is a great plus. The bathroom comes with a air-conditioning unit that can act as ventilator or heater which is absolutely amazing. And great service from the staffs.

The room equipped with a big screen television which had different programmes, such as YouTube and Netflix. The shower room equipped with an additional room dryer.

No breakfast option was provided, so the visitors needed to eat out. No free ride from the hotel to Songsang airport.

the location of the hotel was around 7 minutes walk from de mrt station, the staff was really nice and serviceable, the room was big and the bed was very comfortable, for the price I thing is what you should get
