Our stay in was overall excellent. When we came to drop off our luggage, since we came earlier than our check in time, the front desk staff right away greeted us and oriented us to good restos in the area. When we went in our room, the room is spacious and smells nice. The bathroom is clean and has complete toiletries that they replenish everyday. The beds and pillows are perfect with just the right fluff and the smell was amazing. There was a breakfast buffet each morning and variety of delicious food were served. Overall, we can say that staying here is really highly recommended. Oh, unlimited snacks and coffee are provided and a great amenity of the staying here.

the only thing i can think of is to add some kind of padding or hinge to the closet/ cabinet doors, the design made it not easy to close and slams quite loud. could hear other rooms slamming in the morning.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Being practically next to Xingtian Temple station, means you can take a metro and be at all major sights within the city in 15 minutes. The bathroom is well equiped with a bath/shower combination and Japanese-style toilet. The room itself was big enough with a nice bed, television and various power outlets. I didn't have any breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

None of the following are major issues, but I'd like to mention them regardless. -The walls are relatively thin. You might be bothered by other guests if you're a light sleeper. -Even when the A/C is turned off it still seems to emit sound, which can be bothersome. -For me (170 cm) the bed was fine, but if you're taller >180cm the bed might be on the short side.

Location, just above metro exits. Comfortable design and modern furnishings The bathroom is equipped with both shower and bathtub. The appliances just fit the needs of travellers, nothing less. It’s surrounded by office buildings yet a traditional market is just around the corners, and there were lots of food places around to explore.

It’s best to include breakfast in the room rate, otherwise it’s a bit pricy, NT 380 per head, not that I mean it doesn’t worth it. The only thing I found missing in the bathroom is hooks for hanging clothes, though the simple design is still appreciated otherwise.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just 2 min walk from exit 3 of xing tian temple Station. The room size is great and the room is v clean. The counter reception is super helpful and friendly too.

The convenience of the location which is a few steps away form the MRT station. The cleanliness of the room is better than expected. The reception counter and also the restaurant service staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the 2nd floor is open for residents for coffee break and work. I will definitely come back again.

Everything is meeting my expectations. Nothing to complain about. I am happy with the service and the location. The price is reasonable. If room cleaning service is available every other day, that would be perfect.

Convenient location! Room amenities (esp the UCC coffee machine) and hotel cleainess is commedable. Daily breakfast buffet is very gpod with different choices each day. Plus, amenities are very elderly and wheelchair friendly. Staff is always smiling and helpful, from reception to housekeeping. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Taipei! 😆

Windown view from the room is too high. We can’t easily see the street below to watch the busy street go by. Would be nice if it has a balcony or lower window sill.

The environment is really quiet and is almost without noise.

When I booked the single room on the Booking.com, my requirement is that my room should be far the elevator. After I checked in your hotel, your male staff of the reception desk said that the room type which I ordered couldn’t be far away the elevator. Thus, I just could accept to live in that room which was closed to the elevator. I was a little upset. After a while, I called the front desk in my room and complained to the female staff. At the end, this female staff who spoke a fluent Japanese was so nice to upgrade my room to be far away the elevator. Really thanks for her nice service.

to my surprise the breakfast wasn't included (bcz normally i book the room with breakfast but this time i couldn't realize) during check in the staff told me this in a bit impolite way !. No one helped us (2 ladies with 3 suitcases!) to carry our suitcases to the room .. even no one opened the main door while we are entering to the hotel. The hotel staff didn't tell us how to operate the lift :((. hotel staff never greeted us "good morning / welcome / good bye" etc. during our 2 night stay!! Didnt even smile !! :(( Difficult to communicate in English !

Very good location, hotel was in a really good condition. It was clean, just next to the subway station and 7-eleven was also just around the corner. It came with a bath-tub and a shower too. I was nice to use a hot bath tub during winter time.

The rooms that doesn't come with a view, really doesn't come with a view, but face-to-face the other building's windows, but nevertheless it's still okay.
