I wasn't too sure at first. I had read and heard some very mixed reviews.. My fears were put to rest by Tina at the front desk. She was the consumat professional. She worked through every small issue that arose. Can't thank her enough. I would like to also recognize Alice, Annie and Ryder at the concierge desk.. In addition I can't forget Arianna in the MJ restaurant!! And the room was awesome!!! What a beautiful property with an excellent staff!! I'll be back!!

Only issue I was unaware of the incidentals fee associated with the booking. I did book with Booking.com and it wasn't mentioned or maybe I missed it... In any event the issue was rectified by Tina..

Breakfast was superb with lots of different options. Live kitchen chef was preparing as per your customized demand.

The items in the room are carefully selected, especially the pillows and mattress, which are very comfortable and don’t have any musty smell. The room was spotless. The receptionist was attentive to the needs of the guests and helped change the room to one more suitable for elderly guests. I would also like to thank the concierge at Courtyard Marriott Taipei for taking care of our luggage and sending it to the taxi when we mistakenly went to the wrong hotel.

Marriott Courtyard Downtown Taipei is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Superb quality, value, comfort and the best cleanliness and upkeep I have seen thus far. Staff were polite and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The gym was superb and I visited it nearly everyday. I loved everything about this stay. Will 120% recommend!

The location isn’t the most convenient but it is within walking distance of bus stops and I liked that it was quieter compared to bustle of the city.

the room and view were amazing. great showers. The restaurant down on the ground level as incredible. so many amazing options every day. the service is so good too I didn't want to eat anywhere else.

Hard to complain about anything while staying at this hotel. I honestly loved my time here. no complaints

the room had an amazing city view and we could see the planes landing. the cleaning services was really nice. the room was comfy and the bed and pillows excellent.

the elevator feels like a nightclub, the music is so loud. the supplies in the bathroom were given for one person despite two persons on the reservation. the staff was somewhat not at the level of a four star. very bad experience at the lounge where employees forgot about us. also not all of them are comfortable speaking English. the food option is not good either. it’s either a buffet for 50€ or the lounge where the service isn’t the best or the in-room dining. the prices are very confusing for the food items. different menus but similar dishes with different prices.

Room with the view on Taipei 101 has more of a side view. You cannot see the tower from wherever in the room, only when next to the window, and it's far away. So it doesn't really worth it.

The staff are very polite and friendly. Check in and check out process was smooth. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I need for a comfortable stay. Location is great. Subway station is within walking distance. Would definitely stay at this hotel when I travel to Taipei in the future.

Hotels offer a variety of breakfast options. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is a little inconvenient. MRT station is quite a distance away and there’s not many shops around the hotel.
