Excellent location - 1 block from exit #2 of the Nanjing Fuxing metro. A couple of FYIs re: check-in. In reviewing my confirmation, after the fact, I noticed that a 3000 TWD cash security deposit was required. It was not required of me, but if it had been, I wouldn't have been prepared. Also, FYI, the confirmation indicated that parking is not available - but there were cars parked in the parking lot that clearly belonged to guests. Breakfast was fine - but it is adjusted based upon occupancy, i.e. low occupancy - cooked to order vs. buffet.

Really nothing significant. The property would not accept a 200 TWD note. In fact the front desk agent was surprised that I had one - well the ATM issued 5 to me (total of 1000 TWD). Front desk agent told me that the 'accountant' didn't want to deal with those notes. Also, while the property offers an airport shuttle, and it may be a booking.com thing, booking told me nothing was available in either direction (and the trips were at normal hours). I ended up using Uber both ways.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and I got free upgrade. All the necessary amenities including mini bar, hairdryer, air-condition, power sockets for multiple countries and free water bottles. There was a fitness room with one treadmill and one bike.. there could be some dumbbells/ free weights but anyways.. there are a lot of other things to do when in Taipei. The location is near green and brown MRT line and right outside is a bus stop.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable but in some ways a bit lacking. Would expect some more fruits, maybe little more western "ingredients" but think the traditional Taiwanese breakfast dishes would please many. If you want pastries there is a decent bakery just around the corner.

I liked everything except that it was mentioned that there is a gym but it is not true. There are two small treadmills in a very small room. I do not think it counts as a gym. Besides this the rest was perfect, the room is too good for the amount I paid with a big office table if you are working from the hotel. Everything is nearby (restaurants, metro, starbucks (4 minutes walk). The laundry room was very helful and affordable. Breakfast is good enough.

They lied about the gym

My first time at this hotel. Nice helpful staff. Free room upgrade. Location is very good with bus stop just outside and 7-8 min walk to MRT. Multifunction power sockets. Free coffee and laundry on the top floor. Great value for money! I wouldn't mind stay here again.

Regarding the breakfast.. I enjoyed the coffee and there was a rather nice selection of Asian/Taiwanese hot dishes but it would be nice with some more fruits and maybe some pastries but it's just a matter of personal taste. You could buy pastries nearby hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for several nights. Overall speaking, the room service is pretty good. The room is nice and clean. The location is not bad. If you want to enjoy more food, probably this one is not good for you. Other than this, this is a good hotel.

The front desk should have more inventory of the laundry detergent for the customers to purchase. I wanted to purchase one bag from them for my last night, but they told me they had nothing left. Then it took me an hour to go outside to find another laundromat to purchase a box of detergent. Very inconvenient. If this did not happen to me, I would give them 10/10.

The staffs are very responsive. The fridge is not functional and it is replaced the next day. I traveled with my 1 year old baby so they provided a baby cot and baby bath tub upon request. Another highlight that I enjoyed my 8 days' stay is the shower. I would not have to worry about the hot water shower during my winter stay. This is the only hotel that I have not complaint about water pressure thus far. It is a great relief after a long day tiring journey. Also, they provided FOC of washing and drying services. Where else can I find this services. It is a great saving for my long family trip. We informed local friends about the services and prices offered from this hotel. They replied that it is a good deal as others hotels in Taipei are way more expensive with the same services provided. The hotel is not located at the tourism spot. I think it is meant for business traveler. It is only a footstep away from MRT station and convenience stores. We will return to this hotel in future. Keep up the good work!

The rooms are cleaned everyday but we hope the floor is mopped too.

Away from tourist attractions hence the location is quiet to rest. It is 5 mins walking distance to the Metro. The hotel room is amazing spacious and thanks for the room upgrade!

During the first night there, after our visit from night market back to hotel, the toilet lights was flickering badly. We called the hotel reception, and their first sentence was that the technician had ended work already, but we haven’t had our shower and its dangerous to shower with the lights flickering, so after several talk with the hotel manager, they called the technician back, thank you so much for coming back all the way to the hotel.

During our arrival, we were told one of the rooms we booked is still not ready at 3pm. We stayed a total of 5 nights, we asked to change bedsheets on the 3rd night, but they did not change.

Good location, easily accessible by Metro Rail. Very convenient with the night market just across the road. Room was clean and facilities were in good condition. The free self-service coffee at reception was a lovely welcome. The size of our room was huge, including the beds (seemed larger than King Size), and had a beautiful view of a nearby park.

Couldn't find anything to fault.

The employees are super friendly, very helpful and they could help me out a lot. The room itself was also nice, better than expected. It isn't too big, but it had everything, even a special place to work from. Comfortable room, good Wi-Fi for working/studying, location is also OK.
