Great location: walking distance to nearest mrt and Liaoning food market where we had dinner at night. Staff assistance: extremely helpful, they assisted with any questions we had, gave directions, helped with room service, booked cabs, etc. Laundry service is good. I had booked a room and cab for my father and they informed me when he arrived while I was at a conference and recommended him a place for lunch and gave him directions too. 10/10 assistance! Room: I had a window-less room, I'm not claustrophobic but it was quite spacious to not feel closed in. Very clean and comfortable, well lighted, room had sufficient number of 3 and 2 pin sockets (US style). Also had a table and chair, a mini fridge and a space for hanging clothes. Bathroom had a bath tub and shower. Room service ensured everything was clean. Environment friendly: provided the usual toiletries but shaving kit and mirrors on request to avoid plastic waste. Also provide water bottles but they also have a dining area where we can fill bottles.

The room was very spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. The free laundry service and tea/coffee was great too. The location was also very good, being very close to the MRT and shops/restaurants.

The only bad things about our room was the view was looking towards an office building, so we had to close the curtains when changing, etc. otherwise people could see into our room. There was also construction work going on right outside our room until ~9pm at night, which was very loud (room wasn't sound proof).

Location was good, due to access to restaurants, convenience stores, transport. Walking distance to Gymnasium for the World Masters Games.

Location are really conviction. It's not only near with train station, but also there're bus stations in front of hotel. Room is comfortable and cozy and the cost is reasonable

Light in bathroom is quite dark. It's inconvenience for making up. There's no standing mirror. However, these things are just a minor stuffs. It doesn't affect on me too much

Very friendly staff who were always helpful. The rooms were good with a comfy bed. The location was good with plenty of options for bus or train.

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I was expecting a normal self service breakfast and in reality it was menus. The food was good just not the type of service expected in a hotel in my opinion. Apart from that everything was as described and good

- The room without window was apparently best choice ever, since it was very quiet considering the normal chaos coming from cars in Taipei - Room was big and clean - In the restaurant there was a free coffee area, with juices and good coffee open 24h. A small detail but after a long day of tourism it was a bless.

- Not a big claim, but while a couple staff members were helpful, the majority was not very helpful in anything.

the staff was very nice. The room clean. and we especially enjoyed the fact that this hotel has a washer and dryer for their guests, free of charge.

The included breakfast was more like a lunch.

Room facing the main road could be slightly noisy but luckily it is not a busy road. Breakfast was “semi-buffet”, it was a bit light for me. Would be good to increase the portion. 5-10 min walk to nearest MRT station.

The location is so good. Easy to go to station, supermarket and foods as well. It is clean and staffs are so friendly. They help us call taxi when we need.

I do not love breakfast in there. Actually we often have something like noodle or rice for breakfast so bread is not my favorist. Meanwhile, I assume we might have buffet to choose but it is the set for each person actually. Anyway, the dining room is nice and warmly.
