Good location, about 8-10 minutes walk from Nanjing Fuxing metro station. I travelled with my 3 kids and they love the room very much. 5 stars to the mattress, really comforting after our full days of tired walking activities. They also gave me a Mother’s Day gift as a complement.

This hotel cannot be found in Uber apps, therefore I had difficulties to set the location to book Uber car. The dryer machine took longer time compared to what’s shown on the display screen (I set 1 hour but actually it took almost 2 hours, so it disrupted my plan for the day. The machine can only be used from 9am-10pm). The rest are all good.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. It's just a short walk from MRT Green and Brown line, which was very convenient. Acces to bus stop is very easy, just 1 minute walk from the building. My room was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi. In short it is really value for money.

None, it met my expectation.

Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Room is cool, decent size, facilities complete with international plugs. Clean toilets, great shower. Location - quite a walk from mrt stations. But just use the taxis since it's cheap and convenient. Many eateries nearby. It's on 12th floor, easy to find, feel safe, access is through 2 small elevators. The downstairs door is close at 7pm, entry only with access card, good security. Have many fliers, postcards and souvenirs as well.

The location of the Urtrip Hotel is convenient, there is a family mart just below the hotel, and a 6-minute walk to Nanjing Fuxing station and 5-minute walk to Breeze centre. LiaoNing night market is within walking distance too. There are a lot of food varieties along the way to train station. Daily room service is provided to ensure we have a clean and comfortable environment throughout our stay. Laundry service is subjected to availability.

The soundproofing a wet-dry area in the bathroom isn't great.

I love the mural in the room and just the street its on with the worn out buildings that makes the place unique. The MRT is within walking distance and I felt completely safe walking around. There are food options around, but I need to go back. I just arrived after a typhoon, so most places were closed, including the night market which was within walking distance. Seems like I need to go back.

The water heater in the shower took awhile to heat up, but I was able to make it work. Also, it was nice having cold showers at times because of how humid it was outside. Other than that, I would totally stay there again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, 24hr store next to the hotel, bus stop very near, around a 15 minutes walk from 2 opposite train and metro stations. nice area and several shops and stores around the location

the entrance of the building has a nasty smell, i booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms had ants, it was clean and the room service was good but lots of ants that went into the laptop and the lugguage.

We arrived in the middle of the night because our flight landed very late. The receptionist was asleep when we arrived and grabbed our reservation the second we woke him up. We were amazed and amused at the same time, the exhausting journey was forgotten in an instant.

Our door card didn't work and we had to use a key instead. The lock was very hidden and could only be opened by force.

Near to MRT station within walking distance and bus stop just right downstairs. Nearby has a lot of eateries and Liao Ning night market has a lot of nice foods

Bathroom has a high kerb before enter it. No anti slip mat provided for bathtub. Shower curtain should be covered till the bathtub level.

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and very professional. Family Mart is just downstairs, and a lot of other convenience stores and restos are within the vicinity. There's also a bus stop nearby and the MRT station is also walking distance (3 min walk).

Not all rooms have bidets. Unfortunately the room we got did not have one.

The location is great. Very close to the train station although we did take the public transport as Uber and taxi ride in Taipei is pretty cheap. The best is the Family Mart just on the ground floor of the hotel. The room is cozy but for a family of 4, it's too small for us especially with all the luggage opened on the floor. There are actually no cabinets to unpack our clothes. The staffs were very helpful. They were doing our laundry for us! I give them a 10.0 for that!

My husband didn't really like the very soft bed. It hurt his back like crazy. No cabinets to unpack.
