We absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, being close to an MRT station, shops, and plenty of local food options. The hotel itself is cosy, with a nice lobby that includes a comfortable resting area. We especially appreciated the free-flow snacks, which added a thoughtful touch to the experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Hope they consider adding a washing machine with a dryer, such as a coin laundry, within the hotel. Currently, the nearest self-laundry shop is quite a distance away, which can be inconvenient for guests.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast I didn't except much but it was nice. The lobby has snacks for free and my kid loves it. Always grab some snacks when we passed by. We even asked if they have referral for booking a car to tour around. They were able to give us referral with excellent driver. The metro mall is just right there, you can get food and do shopping when there is rain outside. Local breakfast store also close by. We stayed in the hotel for breakfast some days, we went out to get local breakfast some days. Oh! And they even has those high tech toilet seat~~ And mini bar is also free of charge.

The room can be a little bit cleaner. When we went in, the bath tab has some hair. And after cleaning the room, there are rubber ban on the floor..(still don't understand why) And the cleaner forgot to refill the shower gel, shampoo. (it's fine though, the front desk immediately gave it back to me)

Location convenient to few MRT entrances (Zhongxiao Fuxing). 3 stops away from Taipei Main Station. Able to walk to Taipei 101 within 30 mins. Able to walk to a few good local restaurants within 15 mins. Walking distance from a 24 hrs Mcdonalds (5 mins). Walking distance to Carrefour (5 mins, next to Mcdonalds).

Hotel breakfast was just milk, bread and cereal. No other options like eggs or so. Same options everyday.

I have to switch room because of the weak Wi-Fi in the room, also Weak Wi-Fi in the lobby .

The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the room we had was quite spacious. It’s also in a great location, no shortage of shops around the hotel and it’s near the subway. Overall a fairly good hotel.

The bathroom was quite moldy, so for some people that might be a major issue. Personally I am more bothered by how the curtains are set up, in a way that light very easily enters the room. They don’t black out the room completely and I couldn’t fix it due to how the windows are positioned. If you are sensitive to this kind of thing then it’s something to note, since the room is also quite high and gets a lot of sun.

It was a couple of minutes walk from the MRT blue line, very easy to go to e.g. Taipei Zoo and Maokong Gondola which the kids loved. The room vas tidy and clean, the beds comfortable and could easily fit three children (or two adults and a child). Kids loved the bathtub and hubby was a fan of the fancy toilet seat with different functions. Breakfast had alternatives also for kids. Free snacks in the lobby.

The room had a strong scent when we arrived, but it disappeared after some time with the AC on. The duvet was a bit too hot/sweaty for my liking, so I could not use it.

The location is perfect! Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity and a subway station nearby as well. Easy to get to from International Taoyuan Airport as well. Just take the Express train to Taipei Main Station and hop on the subway there. The hotel is 5-10 mins walking from the subway station. The staff is super friendly and the room is spacious and nice.

The wifi does not work well. It often disconnects. I ended up using my data instead. When I arrived, I couldn't find the hotel at first, as I thought it was located in the mall (due to the hotel sign being right in front of the malls entrance. Turned out the hotel entrance is not located in the mall, but next to it. It would be nice if the sign had been more clear as Google maps cannot provide any information on this.

the room with view was very nice, good price nice staff simple breakfast available and the coffee in the morning helps a lot close to many bars, club and restaurant - very convinient the train station is also very close

My first night was in a no window room then move to a room with window somehow on booking my reservation was for the no window room - I asked the staff and we move the next day to a room with window for 2 more nights, thank you so be sure to verify if the room is with/without window

This hotel is very near mrt station, you can use exit 14 of Zhongxiao Fuxing station and walk through the path just about 3-5 mins. The hotel arounded by good restaurant and convenient store. The staffs are very kind and helpful The room is larger than the picture, 4 people can fit in perfectly.

Can’t use accomodation voucher if reserved via booking you have to reserve direct to the hotel. The breakfast is the same everyday but delicious.

The room is much larger than we thought! Looking at the floorplan, I guessed we had the largest room. Our room is right next to the elevator, and just a few steps from the reception, very convenient. Staffs were very helpful!

The bath tub is a bit tall, if you stay with an elderly, it might be dangerous to get in and out of the bath tub. The room is very close to the elevator and from the reception, which can be a pro or a con if you require more privacy.
