The staff were super helpful because I left something in the taxi, they were able to call and help me collect the item again. The room was spacious and clean. Close to amenities, there’s a washing machine on floor 14 which was really good. I would consider staying here again.

I didn’t know the hotel is on floor 13 and 14 at first. A bit annoying having to go between the two levels if you were staying on floor 13 and needed to go to reception on floor 14. The shower was either hot or cold, quite hard to find the balance (but the weather was quite warm in June anyway so a cold shower was often needed).

staffs are kind and very helpful. The location is great as it is close to Taipei metro, also, the bus stations nearby can bring you to a lot of places. The reception counter of the building can assist to call for a taxi. Close to shopping district Dunhua, lots of foods and major brands of bubble tea can be found here : )

Almost everything is great, probably just one or two of the bathrooms don't have the rack for clothes on the wall, but they prepared another rack placed on the ground, so some bathrooms have both racks but some lack of one.

Hotel is on the 14th floor, we stayed in the two bedroom queen beds room on the 13th floor. Room is great, beds were great and because the room is located along an "L" shaped - literally no one walks by the room so it's super quiet. The location is fantastic as it is located in Da'an district. From the airport you would take the express shuttle and then walk your way to the MRT blue line to zhongxiao fujing station and follow signs for Exit 4. While the Sogo Exit will work, instead just proceed into the underground (miki plaza) mall until you see a set of escalators on your left, head up, look for Mcdonalds and head in that direction. The hotel is about two blocks away on the same side. There is another exit that is right in front of the hotel but lacks an escalator. Cost of the trip from airport to hotel: $5 USD airport train shuttle plus $1USD for the MRT. Ubers are generally very safe and cheap locally, but it costs about $50 to get to the airport. There are 7-11s/family marts everywhere, but there is one conveniently located in that underground mall. If you don't like taking the MRT, the bus is super frequent and both stops are closeby. I forgot to mention that the hotel is about two store fronts away from the Dinghao mall..mainly small shops selling clothes. But the jewel is in the basement where a great no frills restaurant that will fill your taste buds with delectable savory delights such as fried dumplings, egg scallion pancake, hot and sour soup and other items. But the best part? four of us had dinner and it ran us about 300 NTD or 10 USD. I also have to mention the McDonalds sells fried apple pies (like how they used to make them in America) and are so delicious. For clothes shopping there is a very large multi-story uniqlo near by. If you prefer the brandname items - then the Sogo dept store is your choice.

Although the individual bedrooms were great, they did not have any dressers. So you have to live out of your suitcase. Taipei is super safe but I thought this is something travelers should be aware of: the hotel is on the 13th and 14th floors but the 24x7 attendants are only on the 14th floor. A keycard is needed to go beyond the 13th floor foyer, but otherwise there is no attendant. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant. But there are plenty of selections for food nearby (upscale at sogos, or no frills like i mentioned above).

excellent location. you can find restaurants ( local food and fancy food) in walk distance. as well as shopping places. I was able to find local food, convenience stores in 5 mins walking. And purchased an mobile date plan after mine expired in 10 mins walking from the hotel. my room has city view, and can see 101 building.

if you are tall, you probably have to use a bath instead of shower, cause your head might touch the celling when you stand in the bath tub to take a shower. the bath tub was small. at least my room was like that. but I am short, it didn't bother me.

Great location (directly in front of a metro subway entrance - stairs, but need some walking underground to reach any one station, no problem if it's raining). Free coffee provided. Staff were friendly.

Contradicting message from staff regarding luggage storage. Ask one staff if we can leave a few luggages for 2 days and retrieve later, he said yes. While we checkout 5am in the morning, was told by another they only allow same day storage (or pay NTD 2000 per day). Allowed to store and say will check with the first staff and manage to retrieve the luggage after 2 days without charges (not sure what's the right policy).

Location is good. Near to the metro. Room size was decent enough for single traveller. Shared toilet size is big and individual shower was decent big as well. They provide Dyson hair dryer , and l'occitane shampoo and shower bath. The water pressure is good. Single room for female has an additional security door . Feel very safe and secure. Free laundry usage.

Outstanding location- right between 2 MRT stations, use the underground footpath to get here, take the lift to the 14th floor. Good sized room, good wifi speed. Free coffee tea and nibbles avail.

The staff was extremely helpful (Especially Lin!). Hotel location was in the center of everything, and close to restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping. The room was extremely clean, and I appreciated access to laundry facilities on site. The only disappointment was that the finish on the wooden furniture was worn and needed to be refinished. (The last few days of our stay, there was a notice of refurbishing coming up the next week, so I have a feeling that was going to be addressed).

The wooden furniture looked worn out. Chair in the room was lumpy.

Check in process was smooth and hassle-free. You are allowed LCI as long as you inform them beforehand. The room was sufficiently big and it came with a bathtub. Drinks are on the house and you may borrow things like ironing board and iron. Once you check out you are able to leave the bags at the reception.

The photos of the room did not really match the room, and the view was not as great as it seems, but nonetheless it was good enough. Sound cancelling and noise isolation was not the best too, but not a deal breaker.

Check in process was smooth, and they allowed late check-in, as long as you inform them ahead. The room was spacious, and the bed was relatively large and comfortable. A bathtub made the experience a little better, and water is freely topped up by the staff at your request. Bags can be put in the hotel compound even after checking out.

The room was one that faced Taipei 101, but the view leaves much to be desired. Also, the room had poor noise cancellation and isolation - we could hear people talking.
