i finally had a good shower in taiwan after staying here very comfortable space and large space for putting 2 28' luggages and my kid had alot of space to run around bathroom had a very big space as well and a bathtub, very clean room and toilet very near mrt, 1min walk if u have long legs 4-storey uniqlo right beside mrt exit definitely coming back to stay again! bed was super big! made up of 2 super single joined together (i think) although i booked a king room. that made a super king bed.

had to take a lift from lvl 13-lvl 14 for the room. bathtub tv was removed reception wasnt friendly in the way she should be

The location of the hotel is excellent. Three minutes walk to subway and countless shopping and dining places in walking distance. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Their policy is that bed sheet changed and room cleaning took place every three days, but they made sure to empty the rubbish bin , provide fresh towels and keep the room tidy everyday,which is better than expected. It has a coin operated laundry room which has very efficient washing and drying machines.

It is cool in hallway and elevator, but inside the hotel room it is quite warm. And even there is a remote control fitted in the wall, you can’t actually adjust the temperature, and air circulation in the room is not very good. We visit in mid April and it’s 25 or even 26, it feels warm and even hot if you are just out of shower or you are a person like me who prefer cooler room temperature. We had to use a paper fan to keep cool.

The location is perfect for me as it is a few feet away from Zhongxiao Dunhwa underground station and you can get to Taipei main station in a few minutes. The property is clean, room was big and comfortable and good wifi and laundry service

Not too keen on the breakfast offered by the hotel

Staff was overall friendly and curious. However, the breakfast staff could improve a bit. Maybe it's an early start for them. But, as a hotel, customers would want more smiles and curtesy. Room service was nice, but a bit slower on turn-around fulfillment. One issue that was more highlighted to myself is the disability friendly matter. I won't say they haven't tried, but I would say they may need more. Or I may not have known that there were special rooms for disabled? Either way, I would say it should be more clear IF there were special rooms that need to be chosen or what options are available.

Location, staff, cleanliness, hearty breakfast, and room size. A mere 50m to the Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station on the Bannan (Blue) line, our favourite sights were easily got to by train and bus. The staff were attentive, the housekeepers friendly and accommodating, and facilities such as fast WiFi, a "rainfall" shower, a king-sized bed and a room larger than most in Taipei make this hotel, easily, our most favourite one. In fact, we will be back in the next 3 months for another trip, and maybe another one after that too!

We didn't like the carpark space outside the front door that people use as a smoking area. Heavy smoke smells which at times get into your clothing as you walk through the space to get to reception. We understand why it's there - but can't avoid it, even if we tried.

Location is super easy and convenient, around the corner from a metro station. The executive king room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food available and varied a bit each day. The free toiletries opposite the front desk were a nice touch and came in handy.

I did not like that even though the hotel is non-smoking, there was a clear cigarette smell outside of our room on two out of four days. Also soap is one of the free toiletries available and IMO there should be one soap already sitting by the bathroom sink when you check in. There was none and we had to return to the front to grab soap after we discovered this. So just grab a soap!

Right beside the subway zhongxiao duan hua , on a main street. Room was huge by Taipei’s standard with huge windows. Toilets are Japanese type with water washing. No toilet paper allowed in the toilet. The hotel is environmentally conscious. Entrance is on a side street. They have a coin washer and dryer on site, very handy.

Entrance was small. Not much western breakfast choice.

Excellent location near the subway and walkable to many sights such as Sun Yat Sen memorial hall, Songshan Creative Park, and even all the shopping around Taipei 101. Room is large and bed is comfortable. There was a bit of variety in the breakfast offering, and they were largely tasty.

Reception staff were cursory. There was a musty smell at the reception area too.

Conveniently located in a good shopping area and close to MRT station. Beds very large and comfortable. Bathroom clean and up-to-date with bathtub. Breakfast good, and the area for eating accommodates large number of people. Good value for the money. Housekeeping service is limited but requesting full service was very easy. (Communication by hotel staff was very clear about it.)

The outside of the windows are quite dirty, and we couldn't see out of them. Paid extra for our kids' room to have a window, but it was tiny. Disposable plates and utensils used at breakfast - doesn't seem to be very ecologically friendly despite the hotel's wish to be 'environmentally friendly' by cutting back on housekeeping service. Lobby area quite small.

Excellent Location ; within shopping area, and lot of good restaurants ; closed to MRT station. good breakfast; have vegetarian, Menu changes daily Instant hot Shower, strong jet.. Very kind and helpful staff helping with Mandarin communication for English speaking customers. Definitely recommend and will come back.
