Spacious room, great location with many food options and convenience stores nearby. Housekeeping aunty is very nice, she prepares a bag of clean towels and water bottles when I did not call for housekeeping in the morning. There is USB fast charging ports at table and bedside.

The bathroom tap is the long "U shaped" type which results in water splashes everytime. Showerhead water takes awhile to be heated. I was promised Taipei Dome view but was facing old residential block instead.

Superb location, clean facilities, and fantastic multi lingual staff. Staff organise transfers to events and airport. They also have extraordinary attention to detail and personalised service, this has become my hotel of choice for stays in Taipei

Not all rooms have a view of 101. Some landmark views are of the backside of the taipei dome, baseball stadium, check when booking. Hotel is used by professional sports teams, moving through crowds of signature hunters to get in and out can be annoying

I like the location and surrounding environs - in front of Taipei Dome, Sun Yat Sen Memorial and some walking to taipei 101. I like our room window that opens up to views of all these 3 attractions. Food choices are limited though but a few minutes walk takes you to good restaurants. Overall, its a good, clean and well-located hotel.

Breakfast is expensive in the hotel but outside there are good coffee shops that serve awesome breakfast sets.

Location was convenient and close to the subway system from Taipei. Room was nice and bed comfy. Amenities you could grab at reception and bath was fine. Very clean rooms, I wore slippers and even those didn’t got dirty from walking in the room so that really is great.

I would not say that I didn’t like it but i I think the building is somewhat older which makes it that you hear neighbouring rooms. I always sleep with earplugs when I’m abroad so I always can get my rest.

Great location in the city center. Metro station is a few steps a way and it is close to Taipei Dome with a commercial center. Rooms are clean, tidy, and well renovated. Staffs are kind and helpful.

The only unfortunate thing is that the window of our room opens to a dark alley and it feels like evening even when it’s sunny outside. It would be better if this condition can be clarified when booking.

Friendly and helpful staff . Nice spacious room , clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft and bedding very new and kind of starchy . Great location close to everything - shops and restaurants. Can see Taipei 101 from the hotel .

Needs a full length mirror and magnifying mirror in the bathroom . Bathtub hard to get in and out so definitely not for older folks. Couldn’t turn on the heater setting it was cold in the room for me .

When searching using the Google map, I was kind of sceptical about the hotel, the exterior looks a bit old and there isn't much food around the area. But upon arrival, I realised the interior was very posh, clean and modern. The staffs are very friendly and polite. There is a street of food behind and it is very near to the metro station. Well definite stay in this hotel again.

The location is absolutely convenient, only a few minutes walk to the Metro station. There are loads of nice cafes and restaurants around. The breakfast is nice and gives you variety of choices.

The air conditioning is fixed at a certain temperature, it will be a bit warm in the room in the evening.

great service at the front desk, friendly, smile people at the door always whit a smile the location cannot be better, with the 101 on my window and the Taipei dome just in front of the hotel hope to return for my next trip

the welcome drink was a beer, that is good, the bad is I don't drink alcohol and couldn't change if for a coffee it's not a bid deal, just wanted a coffee at the end, I cannot complain for anything, just wanted to stay longer

The location was great as it was close to public transport and some attractions. It is extremely convenient if you are attending an event in the Taipei Dome. Room was clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful.
