The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helpful, responding promptly to all my queries and making me feel right at home. The room was lovely, clean, and very affordable - a true value for money. The auntie who cleaned my room was so kind and friendly, adding a personal touch to my stay. The breakfast options were okay, but I appreciated the healthy choices available. The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from the station and situated in a safe and accessible area, perfect for exploring the many nearby tourist attractions. The surrounding shopping district is upscale and bougie, making for a great atmosphere.

Stayed 8 nights for family of 8. Location is central. Next to MRT station. Plenty of shopping in the area. Quiet and clean. Room is spacious. Friendly and helpful staff . A shout out to Cindy and a Mr Wang

Staff are new. Booked different rooms on different days but continous stay. They couldnt help to do a seamless check in and check out by insisted we come back to hotel at 3pm to re check in. No more fruits if you come after 9am for breakfast. Guy explained that there is no more stock and has to wait for next delivery date and time. Small issue

Convenient location, nice complimentary breakfast, friendly staff and very helpful with anything you need like essential stuff (towels, bottle water, etc) I had the window room and it’s nice to look outside the building.

Not anything I didn’t like about except you never expect what you see when the elevator opens in different levels of type of business but it’s expected since it’s all in one building.

The room is very big and the bed and pillows are comfy and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. Location is really good, you have everything around.

The bathroom is big but looks quite old compare to rest of the room. The water isn't going really fast so there could be a bit of a blockage. The TV volume is quite low.

The lady at the reception are very kind. It's raining recently in Taipei, and the lady kindly borrow the umbrella for us. Also they are all willing to help foreigners, like tour spot introducing or something.

The weather is too humid here. It seems like the pillow and the sheets are a little bit wet. But after hotel put a dehumidifier in my room, it was better.

Staff is very helpful. We came early, kept our luggages till check in. Offer to book taxi to Taoyuan international airport. ALICE is very kind to make sure we get our taxi. She went with us downstairs to identify our taxi. We would not know which taxi without her.

I like the place near from mrt station, 7-11, family mart and shopping centre...and also restuarant around the place.roaming around you discover public market you can find fruits and food.....

The bathroom stock on water .that you need to call to assist pump it...

Housekeepers are all v friendly. Breakfast is simple and good. Receptionists are efficient .

The window is not soundproof. Can hear noises from the club downstairs. Hotel on the 13th only and is shared by other establishment of hotels, club, gym, etc. Sometimes, we see some odd people. Would be good if there's an exclusive lift not sharing with other's establishment.

Our room was quiet and clean with a window view of Taipei 101, room has 2 large beds comfortable for 4 adults, but overall room size is a bit on the small side, this is typical of hotel with this price range. Daily breakfast in the hallway offers limited selections of toasts, jams, butter, fruits, and porridge. Hotel location is very central to everything, MRT is just outside the building and it will take you wherever you need to go around Taipei. Lots of shopping, restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel has no laundry facility. It would be nice to have one especially for family travel and extended stay. We weren't able to check-in at 3:00pm until our room was finally cleaned after 4:00pm; it seems this kind of inconvenience can be avoided considering we paid a premium daily rate over the New Year holidays.
