The room was very clean and spacious, with all the things you need like kettle, instant coffee, bottled water etc. The king size bed was very big and was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was great - I put out the "do no disturb" sign and indeed they did not try to come in to clean my room but nonetheless left me extra towels, bottled water and instant coffee outside my room in case I needed any of these things. Check-in staff was very helpful and friendly. Also like the fact that the hotel has a cafe.

Very minor point: The hotel room and hallway carpet looks a little old but everything was kept very clean and tidy, and everything in my room including the bathroom functioned very well.

Very helpful and friendly staff, spacious room, comfortable bed. Near to 24hr convenience stores, easy access to food. Near bus stop, easy to travel cheaply within Taipei and to outside districts. From here we went to Taipei Zoo, Flying Cow farm, Fine Art Exhibition Hall, Beitou Hot Sorings, Riverside park, shopping malls, Raohe night market and Wu Fen Pu shopping district. The cafe serves very tasty vegetarian based food.

Nothing to complaint about.

Easy to check in and check out. I extended my check out from 11am to 1pm and need to pay NTD 600. The breakfast buffet was okay. Quite near to Family Mart, 7-11 and Carefour. Their plugs are universal so you dont need to worry about converter. Halal Yunus restaurant is around 800 metres for Muslim travellers. Not sure if you care but we came to Taiwan in winter and the heated toilet is a saviour and with bidet, its marvellous.

Everything is perfect for the price you paid. The staff is very friendly, patient, helpful and professional; the hotel provides contactless self check-in services, and the staff still provide spotless services if required. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores; short walks or getting a bus (under 1 USD pp) to MRT stations and some attractions, such as S.Y.S. Memorial Hall, and RaoHe Night market. The room is very clean and the hotel provides daily room cleaning services; so that you will be impressed when you get back. The hotel has a café and the food looks delicious (it's a shame we didn't try it due to the time we got back to the hotel); the hotel also provides airport drop off/pick up and day tour car chartering services with a reasonable price, which is similar to major travel apps, but with hotel specific.

Nothing. If I was very picky, the corridor carpet on my floor required a little bit of cleaning work, this is most likely due to the guest's luggage wheels being dirty.

The room was spacious for 3 people, we had enough places to put our suitcases and belongings. I especially liked that you could charge your electronic devices either via wall socket or directly via USB cable. That was really smart! The bathroom, toilet and bathtub were also modern and cozy. The room is super clean at all times. We once encountered the cleaning staff and they were very friendly and accomodating. We got free mineral water bottles in our room every day (500 ml per person). I also liked the breakfast downstairs which was a daily different mixed of both Western and Asian style breakfast (such as toast or congee respectively).

I honestly cannot think of any bad points. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The hotel was unassuming from the outside but the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was great, and most exceptional service from the hotel staff. Location is near Songshan Station, Raohe Night Market, Songshan Cultural Creative Park, Xinyi Commercial District, and Taipei 101. All within reach by public transport (bus and taipei metro). Nearest mrt stations: Nanjing Sanmin (Green Line) and Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall (Blue Line).

The bathroom leaks because of the position of the bath tub which could be improved.

1. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. My Chinese is not great and they helped me book a taxi for my departure. 2. The hotel provided free bottled water in the room 3. Room was clean and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job refreshing the room each day. 4. Good value for the money 5. The Japanese style toilet in the room was very nice!

1. The bed was very hard. It was uncomfortable to sleep on my side. 2. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from either the blue or green MTR line. I had to book a taxi to avoid walking all over the city with my luggage from the MTR station.

The staff were very friendly and reaponded quickly to our requests. Acessibility to public transport made outings easy and cheap.

The breakfast could be improved. Vegetarian choice had no variety and no fruits. Eggs was limited to full boiled or omelette and there were 2 days when eggs were not available. It would be good to label the food.

Exactly as advertised in pictures. Carrefour is one block away, bus stops are two minutes from hotel. From Taipei main station, exit towards Caesar Park building and take the 202 bus to Triple Beds. Most buses from Triple Beds go back to the main station. Buffet Breakfast was good and filling with a congee station and a coffee bar.
