Staff is great. I did have a slight issue with a leak of water in the bathroom, and they offered to put me in another room. Since I was already set up in that room, I requested to stay and within 10-20 minutes they had people there to fix it. Otherwise, the room was clean and of decent size with a very pretty view towards Taipei 101. The rooftop is accessible to take some nice photos of TP101 at night, but as of now there aren't any chairs or anything up there to sit down and enjoy the view while relaxing with friends which is a bit of a shame.

Not the hotels fault, but it's a like a 7 minute walk from the MRT so that's less than optimal. But for the price, this is really not that big a deal and it is very nicely equipped for the price.

It’s just really good value, located well, 10 mins walk to MRT station and convenience stores everywhere nearby, 10 mins walk to Raohe street night market, Chemist next door and plenty of restaurants everywhere. Really comfy and just ticks all the boxes. Nice quality linen, comfy bed. Free laundry on rooftop with a great view of the city skyline is a bonus. Staff speak English well. If you were looking for a hotel this good in Australia you would easily be paying double or more.

Room had definitely been cleaned but could be a bit cleaner. However, this is a general observation of most hotels in Taiwan and not really a huge issue when you consider the price. Needs conditioner in the bathroom instead of just shampoo and body wash, that’s all, happy with everything else.

Very convenient location, MRT station nearby. Well known restaurants downstairs. Quiet and spacious room.

Carpets in the hallway seems old and not well maintained

Very big room and bathroom both with shower and bath. Varied breakfast options. Location few minutes from metro station, not far walk to night market.

The staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean, and the BKF was plentiful with many choices.

The hotel room size was a bit small and its location is farther from the main city Taipei area.

Location os great with a bus stop in front of the hotel. Bus going straight to Jiufen and Shifen . Buffet breakfast is the best! You can see taipei 101 when you step out of the building

Good location, near MRT and bus station. Easy to access tourist places. Though there is self check in machines, the staff will still help you on checking in and out.

The hotel itself is pretty new , everything in the room is quite nice and clean

There aren’t any public transports nearby U need taxi to move around And there isn’t any parking either

the staff was very friendly. if i ever travel, will take the same hotel
