Location was walking distance to many places. Roughly 15-20 minutes walk to main shopping areas and about 8-10 minutes walk to the Raohe Night market. Lots of small restaurants and bubble tea places around. As someone from Canada who doesn't see bidets often, the washroom was really nice, and the bidet was amazing!

Possibly in the future, it would be better, but in my experience, the kiosk self check in and out was a bit finicky. As long as there are staff available there, they can help you. The hotel room felt a bit stuffy and humid, possibly due to weather, but it was definitely noticeable. We went in January. The air-conditioner is good for hot days, but on colder days like 10°-17° C, there is no individual heater. It seems like the heating system is a central heating system for the entire building. Can't adjust the heating in your own room. Our view was of the highway/roads, so not exactly the nicest, but we had a short stay, and it didn't bother us that much.

Everything about the room was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable, the toilet is clean, and the tv is large. Windows are very large, so we got a lot of natural sunlight during the day. The toilet is also quite modern.

To be honest, the location is a little dark during the night. It is near Raohe Night Market and Wufenpu Wholesale Market, but the walk back from the market (or from the nearest bus stop) during nighttime may be a little scary.

We stayed at CITY SUITES Taipei Nandong from March 2nd to March 10th, 2024, and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were outstanding, equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport pickup, drop-off, and providing great recommendations for local sightseeing. The hotel's convenient location made exploring Taipei a breeze. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly recommend to others. We can't wait to return!

Nothing in particular

Everything you would want. Nice breakfast, and it is also close to a night market. The room facilities were fine, and the bed was very comfortable.

Its location at a major traffic junction is a little curious - our room looked out over an elevated freeway... There was no noise, however. Just a little odd as a choice of location.

The room good, especially for couples. Not so much for a family with kids because the toilet did not have a door or anything to cover it. If someone is using the toilet, it'll smell in the whole room. And you could hear the shower from the bed.

The design of the room is weird because unlike other hotels, the Toilet has a separate door so that you will have privacy. The room we stayed at did not at all have a door, so if you have big kids, this is going to be an issue. - Also the breakfast could have a little more selection, but I understand since it's a small hotel.

Good place to stay if ur a runner given the river and its trails are a short walk after crossing the street About an easy 10 min walk to the subway. Unlike every other hotel I stayed in, even among 5*, the b'fast menu changed every day, which was refreshing. Was there 4 nights.

We stayed in a well-furnished clean room with a well-designed bathroom. Towels and bathrooms are well-maintained, staff were helpful, breakfast at TWD200 per person was good value and the buffet spread was adequate.

Location is near to a few attractions

The basement rooms should have portable air purifier since there are no windows in the rooms.

The room was relatively big, modern, and clean. The location was ok, i.e., no view, but conveniently located at a corner of a large intersection of major roads. There are many excellent local restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel within a 5min-walk radius. The more 'international' part of the town is only about 10min walk from the hotel; that is, as you walk towards the direction of Nanjing Road East, Section 3, you will see increasingly modernized stores and restaurants.

The room has no view and limited sun light; no heating (I guess the hotel has centralized heating because the outside temperature was ~10oC and the air-cond controller showed ~20oC even though I turned off the air-cond fan). The room was quite costly compare to other 4 or 5 star hotels in Taipei! (I booked it through Booking.com for ~US$250/night for 2 nights; my local friends told me that for this price I could have gotten room at international 5 star hotels in Taipei!)
