We booked a family room with 3 beds with a balcony. Our bathroom had double sinks, which was really convenient. The most important reason we booked this hotel is because Taipei 101 is visible from our hotel and an even better view at the Garden Terrace on th 10th floor where we watched the fireworks on New Year's Eve! It was a spectacular fireworks show. We would book there again should we choose to be in Taipei again for New Year's Eve. Another best thing is, the Raohao Night Market was just across the hotel where we go to buy our dinners. And then also, it was only about 1.5km from Taipei 101. So convenient with laundry machines available.

Upon arriving at the area of the hotel, we were a bit weary of what the hotel would be like but it turned out ok. The better restaurants were some distance away. Back in the room, I understand that the hotel is cost cutting and no longer gives toiletries but no hand soap? I still think they should provide those small hotel soaps bars for the hands. 1 for every 2 days or so, would be appreciated, tho there was a bottle of shower gel in the shower. Hand soap shouldn't be too much to ask after all we pay a lot for our hotel room, especially during the season we booked, New Year's Eve!

The room is kind of small, not too much space for luggage, we had to use one of the round chair for luggage, the carpet looks kind of old and stained, AC is controlled by Central system so the temperature is always set at 17 Celsius so it is quite cold especially at night, we had to shut it off and open the window instead which is also recommended by the hotel staff. No shampoo provided except bath gel, overall the hotel is considered decent, I pay 98 USD per night before Tax but I think 75 to 80 USD would be the right price since this is a 3 & 1/2 stars hotel. This is why I can only rate it 4 stars.

A little overpriced, the carpet should be steam clean thoroughly.

Room was clean, quiet, and well lit. Simple but tasteful. Bed reasonably comfortable, Sheets were nice quality. Breakfast basic Asian buffet. Westerners may not like the selection. And the breakfast hour ends at an oddly early 9:30AM Location across the street from a street market and the MRT Songshan stop

Be nice to have simple more western options at breakfast like scrambled eggs and a small pastry selection, maybe muesli Bathroom had no soap at the sink in spite of having a soap dish

The hotel is just across from the subway station! The staff’s quick efficient resolution to 1 issue of our room after our first nite! We were real pleased with the next room they moved us to!! The breakfast was great with plenty of choices of dishes!

The hotel needs to provide more staff at breakfast time! While the young lady in charge there was very efficient and pleasant, but having to take care of every part of the dining room…greeting guests, cleaning & clearing tables, replenish foods, stock all dishes and drink machine… that’s too much for just 1 person! Quality can be compromised!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. There was heating function in the bathroom to heat up the space

Light switches beside the bed wasn’t working. So I had to walk all the way to the door to switch on the main light. The room seems a little old and dusty - there were brown stains around the power sockets, found some old cotton swab and finger/toenail on the carpet beside the bed Breakfast buffet spread was with limited choices, especially if you prefer more western/intercontinental style.

Breakfast is delicious since I am a vegetarian. They provide vegetarian dishes, so I don't have to worry about choices. It is the cost that bothers us, particularly my spouse. Your site charged so much, even NT$3000 more than Hilton charges. Well, next time I will not consider booking from your site. The places we will be staying for the rest of the trip are just fine.

The hotel room is very small. That just reminds me the place I stayed in Japan.

Japanese toilet, Bath Tub, honest and friendly Staff, room is clean,the place well maintained, amazing location with great food within walking distance.

Room is a little small, if your luggage is open, one small part of the room will be blocked. The windows were not very useful in allowing sunlight to enter the room, without turning the lights on the room is very dark even during the day

The cleanliness. Ensure the rooms have ample toiletries. Professional and friendly staff. Near night market.

The bath tub is too high, had trouble climbing in- esp old people. Worried that I've to pay full payment despite deposit and the deposit is still not cancelled on the card.

Great quick stay in centre of the city. Handy to Night market, clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful, spoke English well. Breakfast very Chinese (surprise! 😅) but plenty of it. Good stay.

Bread was all white and quite sweet.

Reception staff are very helpfull , friendly especially Benjamen Huang and Joey Wong Raohe night market just and MTR station opposite the hotel. Wufenpu just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Easy to find food
