The room is fantastic, spacious, and there is a space to do work; the bed and pillows were comfortable; the bathroom is perfect. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near the train station, making it very convenient.

Breakfast was alright, just enough variety, but it is almost the same every day. Out of 5-day stays, I only went twice. The breakfast can be improved by offering more protein choices. For the bathroom, it's good to have two floor mats—one after coming out of the shower and another at the sink.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel right at home. I was especially grateful for the convenience of parking right in front of my unit; it was such a thoughtful touch that I haven't encountered anywhere else before.

Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. Normally, it’s 2 PM for check-in and 12 PM for check-out, and considering the amount they charge, they should be more generous.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was friendly. I received help when needed.

The breakfast had a lot of options but could be a little more western. Cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs is all I needed.

The first room I booked had a black mold problem. After addressing it with the hotel staff, they placed me in a different room that was perfect. It was a little cold during my stay, I wish the heat worked. I'm pretty sure the hotel had the heat turned off for the season.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection that was different on day 2. The jacuzzi bath was amazing, in a clean, modern bathroom (interestingly decorated in the corners, with fake tree and stones piled up). The bed was very very comfortable. Staff at reception and restaurant is kind and helpful.

The room was a bit rundown. It was dark in the area around the desk and closet. The carpet had stains.

The interior space exceeded my expectations, clean, spacious, and comfortable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips to Taipei!

Breakfast was not particularly convincing. But there is plenty of good alternatives closeby outside of the hotel.

Location #1. Beutiful room and facilities in the room. Amazing spa jacuzzi. Very tasty breakfast with a big selection of traditional Taiwan food.
