The location was excellent! It's near to shopping and eateries all within walking distance. You can even walk to Taipei 101 if you have the stamina. The staff were friendly and tried their best to speak in English. The breakfast choices were good and it wasn't very crowded. The bed was comfortable and its clean. We took a much bigger room and has a sofa thus we felt good with the space.

There were clubs and bars nearby the hotel. Especially on Friday night, even thou we are staying on level 9, we could still hear singing and people talking at 3am. There were the young people clubs and bars and it does remind us of our young days when we were in the 20s. For now in my 40s, i value more peace and quiet and thus it does disturbed my sleep.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to the major shopping malls and Taipei 101. Walking to train station was easy too. Great for shopping and dining. No lack of choices. The room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast options were limited. The breakfast staff is always in a rush to clear our plates. U felt that you are being pressured to finish up fast. That was not v pleasant. Do ask for quiet rooms if you are light sleeper. Over the weekend it’s gets very noisy, as there are a few very popular bars at below the hotel and opposite side.

The room is very clean, same goes for the bathroom. I checked in early before my room’s ready. The staff kindly moved all my things into my room for me when i returned in the evening. Would highly recommend this hotel as i truly felt like living at home.

If people are loud on the streets over the weekend, you can hear them in your rooms if you live on the lower floors. I didnt mind.

Clean comfortable hotel. Superb location. A stone throw to the Taipei 101 and all the malls on Xinyi district. Nice and attentive staff. Cared to even suggest departure time when booking airport transfer.

The room was dusty on the first night. We were pretty sure it came from carpet and not suitable if you were sensitive to dust. Maybe there had been no guests to our room for a while. There is smell from the pipe in the bathroom as well. Elevator has no sensor which could cause accident especially if you travel with luggage. Could be noisy in Friday and Saturday night and there are bars downstair as well as from the neighbors. These are constructive comments that we wish the hotel can improve.

The location was very convenient. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I loved the toiletries supplied so much I went to the Cha Tzu Tang shop and bought my own set and presents for my friends.

There was a musty smell in the room but the room himself was very clean. It can get a little noisy with the bars but nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t fix.

Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and malls. The Marvelous king room is great for families.

It was a bit noisy at night especially on the weekend when we stayed. There were several bars on the ground floor and we can hear it in our room even if we were on the 7th floor. Breakfast can be a bit more interesting. The service though was great! The ladies were very accommodating.

The location is superb! It’s in the center of all the shopping malls. Friendly staffs. Clean and nice room

It’s very noisy due to the bars and loud sounds of the vehicles on the main road. The selection of daily breakfast can be improved more vegan or Muslim friendly sections please. No bidet in the toilets.

Staff, including cleaners, were helpful and friendly. Facilities were well maintained and rooms were very clean. Hotel was environmentally-friendly too

The card reader lags a lot. Would be great if they can make the card reader for the lifts and the rooms a bit more responsive

Wonderful and helpful staff. We sent our luggage from Kaohsiung and informed the staff to hold our luggage until our arrive and all worked smoothly, thanks to the staff. Breakfast was good, but limited selection for vegetarian. Room service and housekeeping were very efficient. Very close to bus stop, MRT (subway), which was very easy to follow and one can go all over Taipei. Front desk also help us with a wonderful driver who took us on a day trip out of Taipei. Next to the main shopping center, the Taipei 101 Tower and Elephant Mountain. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is very strategic and value for money. The staff is multilingual and very helpful. The room is a good size and comfortable. Highly recommended and I definitely will stay there again.

For guests arriving Taipei early on morning flight before the stipulated check in time of 3pm means having to rest it out at the lobby sofa. But the staff tried to accommodate early check in.
