Just in the shadow of Taipei 101. Comfortable bed.

Facilities a bit boring. Arrived very early to Taipei so would’ve been great with early checkin after a long flight. Despite clearly there being available rooms it was not granted. Breakfast average.

The Taipei 101 Sparkle Hotel is absolutely our favorite hotel in our multicity visit. We loved the convenient location (across the street from Taipei 101! Walking distance to convenient restaurants and other local shops). The rooms were clean and housekeeping replenished our towel and kept the room refreshed daily. The front desk staff were professional, helpful, and amazing! We even did a few loads of laundry and the machine and detergent worked perfectly,

The location is great, less than 10 meters from the MRT and just in front of Taipei 101. The room was without window, as clearly highlighted by the way, but anyway comfortable, clean and without any smell. There is also a nice bar just attached to the hotel, serving excellent cocktails with a direct view of the Taipei 101 Tower. The best shopping malls of Taipei are just across the street

The breakfast is rather poor in terms of choice

I was really happy with my stay here. The location is excellent, the rooms are modern, clean and convenient and staff are SUPER friendly and helpful! The rooms don't have windows, but from my experience the view from windows is usually not that good from hotels so I didn't mind at all. Breakfast was simple, but good. Nicely packed, so it could be taken to work in the morning. The location of the hotel is also absolutely excellent, with a view on the 101 from the outside chill area in front of the hotel.

Location is super good! Subway is just out of door and Taiipei 101 is cross the street. Breakfast is very good -- include Chinese style . Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provide umbrella when it was raining. call taxi for you. Coffee and tea pack in the room are quality brand. I enjoyed stay and want to recommend to everyone!

The location is right beside Taipei 101, With the subway station just in-front of the hotel, the room is ample size, bathroom is good size, breakfast is good with congee and American breakfast and coffee…

The hotel has no hot water on our first day, we stayed for 2 nites, but the compensated by giving us a discount.

Location is superb. Sure free services like the breakfast could be better but the area has loads of good restaurants so you have plenty of options.

The initial room we were in had a faulty aircon unit but the staff were able to change our room immediately anyway. There was also some construction happening and...there might be some rodent problems at the foyer of the hotel. Well at least we saw a couple. But they never went in the hotel anyway. Just a bit outside.

I liked the staff there. They are so polite, they take the ownership to solve problems and concerns.

I was waken up by a loud music coming from nowhere. The staff was trying to help but the property was fully occupied. I ended up having to shorten my stay. It was unfortunate but still I was satisfied with the process!

loved the central location and the oasis of comfort right next to Xinyi shopping area. woild be heaps better if only there was no smoking indoors but ah well.

The property is centrally located for the majority of the tourist attractions with an MRT station right outside making it easy to travel phone. I even left some important pieces behind and the hotel was prompt to identify this and get my address. Highly recommend
