The room was pleasantly spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast is available daily. The room was clean, and the housekeeping service worked well. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—less than a 10-minute walk to the metro. There’s a night market nearby and just a bit further, the Taipei 101 skyscraper. There is an affordable laundromat right next to the hotel.

I had a few minor complaints about the breakfast, which was the same every day: scrambled eggs, bread, salad, and more bread. The soundproofing could also be better—on several days, I had noisy neighbors who disturbed my sleep.

Excellent choice. Very friendly and helpful welcome: After a long exhausting flight from Europe I could early check-in to rest. Many thanks for this. Spacious guest room with panorama view and big windows in bedroom and bathroom. Quiet room, could sleep well in comfortable bed. Great shower and bathtub with a view. Very friendly reception helped me to print-out my boarding-pass. Excellent location nearby metro/subway station just one stop to Taipei 101 World Trade Center. I have taken the subway / metro to get from Airport TPE Terminal 1 and 2 conveniently and fact to the hotel - just had to change the lines at the Taipei Main Train Station. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby the hotel. Excellent price-value-ration I would book this hotel again.

King size bed was amazing, very comfortable, small desk with chair and lounging chair. Small window with enough light and little view.. bathroom great size as with shower. Location ok, 15 min walk to 101 tower, 7/11 next door.. Lovely bright guest breakfast room with lovely green trees and very well maintained garden, that was a bonus to see.

The location is just perfect, many public transport and shopping options were there. The room and the bathroom was big and equipped. There was also fridge and kittle in the room, beside a smart TV. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It was a little bit noise, the outside noise filtered in a bit. It wasn't that disturbing, it was just a bit unpleasant for me after the jetlag (but this background noise is usually typical in this city anyway).

The staff were really thoughtful and detailed in their service. They had helped us to hang up our wet laundry and gave us additional hangers even though we didn't asked for it. The concierge also paid attention to our details like check out time and asked if we needed transport to the airport. The sheets are clean and hygiene is well maintained. Loved the location, short walking distance to morning/night market for meals. Room is spacious, we were able to fit two large suitcases and still had room to move around with ease.

would have been nice if they provided bath robes and moisturiser (full set of toiletries).

The hotel was very clean and the room was also very clean with a wonderful king size bed The shower room was also very clean and shower was powerful , the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel has coffee tea and toast with a good outdoor smoking area , next door to hotel is a bar and restaurant with great meals and beers , cocktails etc , we would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel HD palace to others 👍

it is close to a night market that has really good food. linjiang night market. it’s not the “famous” ones but I promise you it’s got good food. try the tangyuan ! it’s close to bus lines but not really close to an mrt station. if you are comfortable using Google maps and the bus, it’s really convenient

the only thing I didn’t like was that the thermostat seemed to be stuck on 26c. I could not make it any colder :(

The location is very good, being very close to a supermarket, which is approximately a 5-minute walking distance. 10 minutes walking to the centre bus statiaon.

Convenient location for me to visit my mom and siblings by foot. A collective of good food choices around the hotel. Safety is not even an issue in the neighborhood. The staff are absolutely committed by making every effort to make us comfortable and relaxed in the facility.
