Hotel staff were very kind, thoughtful, and responsive, both during the booking and in person. They provided a bathing chair for my father, put us on the same floor and arranged it (without even having to ask) so that I don't have to check in and check out even though my booking was split into 2 because of booking issues.

Breakfast could be better! There's no fresh fried eggs etc. The lobby had only 1 seating area, making it hard to meet with people there. For my parents room, the way the toilet door opened made it hard for accessibility. I'd give this feedback to hotel staff.

Somebody told me the hotel had great soundproof. A quiet room is very important to me so I booked the hotel for my stay in Taipei. I was very impressed, and felt very peaceful with the room. The hotel gave notice that there was some construction outside and it may cause some noise, I didn't hear anything at all. I will definitely book the room again every time I visit to Taipei.

Close to MRT and bus station, it's convenient; Breakfast is good and the restraurant is clean and comfortable

It will be much better if the connection of Wifi is stable, especially in the night.

The room was larger than we anticipated. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom has a very modern toilet and bidet. The place was located 300 meters from the nearest train station, well within walking distance. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, as well as coffee shops and convenience stores. The location felt safe, even when we went out past midnight.

For a big bed, we only had two soft pillows. I wish there was an option to request for more pillows. The buffet breakfast was so-so. We were told to wait while the room was being prepared but no one called us to let us know that the room was ready. We had to go to the front desk to ask about it, seemed like they forgot.

the dryers at the roof were a little dusty and when our clothes were done washing there weren’t laundry baskets for us to put them in, but others took it out and put it on a nearby table which were aren’t sure are clean or properly maintained. for the breakfast the food options are not alot but it’s not a huge issue as you will be able to find more eateries in the vicinity. the bleach smell can be a little strong during their cleaning days but it fades after a while.

- We had an extra bed added to our deluxe twin room, and still have plenty of space to lay out all 3 luggages. Love this hotel for its space and the big window. A double room that is over 30 sq metre is not so common in Taipei, - Shower pressure is good, rainforest shower head that comes with a removable shower head 👍🏼. And a tub! Wet/dry area is separated. And Japanese bidets 👍🏼 - The restaurant staff is friendly, they even offer us disposable cutlery when our food delivery left them out.

- Breakfast is alright only if you pick asian. Porridge with various condiments, stir fry veggies and protein, can easily eat a healthy and hearty breakfast. Western choice is bad; coffee is bad. Fortunately there are many cafes in the area.

Rooms were very clean, toilet / bathroom was very big and spacious with high water pressure and an amazing warm toilet seat fully automated and comfy... It was quiet and place was well maintained and very safe. Staff were courteous and maintained the place well.

The breakfast options were way too few and limited, especially for vegetarians. I was shocked that the breakfast had such a small menu and option of foods when the room price was so high. The breakfast does not justify the price paid for the hotel stay at all. They should seriously make the breakfast much better with more variety of vegetarian food items. Room WiFi signal was quite bad and I often had to use my phone data and hotspot as a result of that. They should find a better vendor to offer improved WiFi services.

The location of the hotel is great. Bus stops are literally few steps away. There are several convenience stores nearby. The hotel staffs were all courteous. What I love the most was the bathroom. It is very spacious and well lit. The toilet has bidet as well. The room is spacious enough. They also clean the room and make the bed everyday.

Variety of food in the buffet can be improved but the taste of the food is superb.

Amazing stay ! Perfect location to discover the city by public transport, the stuff was very helpful and friendly, the room was spacious and what a view ? So bright and impressive with a huge window, not a given Taipei! On top of that the bed was huge and super comfy. We also really like the big bathroom with a bathtub and an Italian shower. The breakfast was mostly Asian but with a lot of choice ! We would have like more fruits, yogurt, cheese etc... to change a bit but overall we were happy about it. There is a water dispenser (cold and hot) on the last floor with the paid laundry (very convenient)

It was our 2nd stay at the hotel and everything was as great. The location was convenient, the wifi was fast and the bathroom was clean. In a rush to leave for my early morning flight, I forgot some items and the staff was great at communicating when I reached out. They were quick in trying to help me retrieve my items to help mail them back to me (THANK YOU SO MUCH). Would recommend and would also return when we visit Taipei again! The hotel also had services to book taxi for airport transfer and also to order souvenir pastries to be sent straight to the hotel.
