The front desk staff were very helpful. From explaining how things worked at the hotel to offering tips for transportation to our destinations, and even getting caught in the rain to help us put our luggage into our Uber on our last day - they've gone above and beyond in my mind. We stayed at a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong the very next day for 7 days (Harbour Grand Kowloon) but we agreed that the Humble Boutique Hotel's value, cleanliness, and service was much better.

A relatively new and well designed property with lovely rooms and a staff doing their best to help you.

Having to book in advance to use the pool was a bit silly, it takes something away from putting the customer in the centre.

Great location, friendly staff, nice place to stay. It is centrally located next to a subway station. Breakfast offers all the things you need with lots of varieties and also comes with a warm dish. The room has all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, USB power outlets, and a minibar. The pool and spa area is nice to relax and to go for a swim. I liked the sustainability considerations of the hotel (e.g., no bottled water but a water bottle where you can refill the bottle whenever you want).

Even though I stayed on the 9th floor, traffic from the street could sometimes be heard. In addition, there are office buildings on the opposite side of the street, and people can look inside your room. The hotel advises you on this so light curtains can be put in front of the window. But this was just a minor thing, which didn't bother me at all.

The place is beautiful! Our room was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect! Right outside a metro station with two lines, and walking distance from some sightseeing. Overall, a really great stay.

The water in the shower was a bit off (sometimes the temperature kept changing for aome reason). Also, the breakfast was just not good. I went there once and just skiped it the other days. The a lacrt menu is very limited and generic, and the "buffet" was tiny and very limited. I asked for something extra, never got it.

Good location, seconds away from metro station. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Provided us with a steamer and universal adapter which saved us. Steam room and sauna are great.

The bed pillows are so hard it was impossible for me to sleep, the mattress is also quite hard. The breakfast didn’t have many international options/ was more catered for an Asian audience. I would have loved more bread options or more cereals. I wanted a cappuccino with oat milk and they said it was only from 10am and for a free, which is strange. To use the swimming pool, you must use a swimming cap, which you have to buy.

Rooms was very nice and spacious and clean, and value for money for the price we paid. They provided cute snacks from different local providers for you to get an introduction to new and different local businesses. Location was good, very near a MRT station and walkable to some really good food and massages. Cold and hot water provided on each floor as well.

The MRT station is nearby but the stop itself isn’t on an exchange so might be slightly less convenient but honestly there are buses and taxis are affordable so it’s not a big deal.

We loved our stay at the Humble Boutique Hotel! All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Angel who helped us check in. The attention to detail (lighting system, bidet, cozy slippers, bed, great tea, sauna, pool, decor) took the stay from great to excellent. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely my best stay in Taipei. The hotel is new and really pretty. The rooms are big and the bed and the pillows are comfortable. The gym was really good with the absolute necessary machines. Treadmill, smith machine, and free weights. Also very clean with towels and water. Small snacks and coffee from the mini bar was included. The staff were super helpful and professional! Close to the subway station as well.

A bit far away from the main areas by foot.

The bed was so very comfortable (I’m glad we upgraded to a bigger bed room), and there were little touches all around the room and the property which were convenient and thoughtful, such as a box for you to take your soap home or the sparkling water dispenser in the corridor. We never got to use the pool unfortunately but the gym was great.

I wonder if there could be more of a quiet lounge or lobby for people to work, study and take calls in. Everywhere was quite loud.

Everything. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing bedrooms. The pool, sauna and steam room facilities are incredible, we used it each day that we stayed there. The shared amenities always felt clean and attended to. It was a welcome addition to the end of our trip. The staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely, had great communication, and were very accommodating. We would stay there again, and highly recommend the hotel.
