The chef and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my sisters’ vegetarian preferences, offering an additional option tailored thoughtfully to their needs. Their kindness didn’t stop there—they even prepared an early breakfast for us before our flight, making sure we were well taken care of. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect way to wrap up our trip, and we’ll definitely be back to see the wonderful chef, crew, and front desk staff again!

Clean, well-lit, the rooms were large, my requests for extra bedding and pillows (due to the air conditioner running) was met prior to arrival, and hotel staff communicated promptly and pleasantly. Also, the taxi was able to drop us off at the front door of the hotel.

The bed is comfy, water pressure is good, free laundry, not noisy even tho it’s right in the middle of all the buildings with heavy traffic around.

The wall plug among the rooms is not consistent, advise the traveler from other countries to come prepared. Instructions for the dryer machine would be nice.

Pretty decent breakfast, a quick walk to the MRT station, and a surprisingly big room. The bathroom was clean and rather large, as was the room, which were both a surprise to us. No smells of cigarette smoke or dampness, which is great.

Not much to complain about with this hotel, but the MRT line that the hotel is on is the green line, which is convenient if you're staying on the northern half of Taipei, but it's a bit of a hassle to get down south because the brown and yellow lines take some time to connect to. The other thing is that the cleaning staff was a bit pushy and wouldn't come back later for a later cleaning, so our late mornings felt rushed. One cleaning staff member just told me that they'll give me new towels and shoved a pile into my hands and left.

The breakfast is good and enjoyable. The laundry facilities provided are very helpful.

Quick check in and check out. Buffet breakfast was on the limited side and didn't really change for my 4-night stay, but did its job. Cleaning lady was nice and cleaned my room every day, changed towels and refreshed 2 water bottles daily. Other front desk staff and buffet staff were also courteous and helpful. Power socket was not an issue for those from the Philippines. Loved the bathroom: strong shower presssure, heated water, shampoo/soap pumps smelled good, toilet seat was heated and had built-in bidet. Short 5-minute walk to exit 5 of Songsiang Nanjing MRT (serving red and green lines) and bus stop. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel but it was oddly never a route Google recommended for the trips I went out on. Hotel is surrounded by a Family Mart, 7 Eleven, Carrefour for groceries and quick bites.

Room wasn't as soundproof as I wanted. Facing an intersection and being on a low floor room, vehicle noise was not as muffled as I hoped. In January/winter, the room was also cold by itself, even if I switched off the airconditioning system. I think the building/windows aren't very insulated and sealed, so outside temperature and noise can seep through. I could still sleep, but this is just the one thing that was sort of odd to me. Didn't know how to turn off the bathroom mirror light (I only wanted to keep the shower light + fan on always).

The property is located in an excellent location away from the tourism chaos of Ximending, on average it's only about a convenient 15 minutes cab ride to the various major districts (Da An, Zhong Shan, CBD centre etc). It's surroundings are commercial and filled with plenty of various local dining and convenient store options. Very comfortable modern styled rooms, well worth the prices paid.

The breakfast service was only from 630am to 10am, which seemed rather early. The initial room offered had a very heavy cigarette stench in it, reception duly offered to change our room promptly though.

The room was a fantastic size. The bed was huge and the pillows were absolutely amazing - we both commented they were the best we’d ever slept on! Walking distance to metro station, despite being on a busy road was very quiet in the rooms, we weren’t disturbed by the noise at all. Breakfast had great Asian selection which was perfect for us. Great to have a DIY laundry facility with free coffee and snacks in the lounge at any time Friendly staff. Luggage storage

The coffee at breakfast was very weak (much better in the room with the nespresso machine!) Could have been made even better with a small fitness centre! (However obviously booked the hotel knowing it didn’t have one!)

The staff in the reception was so helpful, once we wanted to change the room due to a bed problem they did immediately, and they always meet us with a smile the reception is great, but all rooms are old furniture

the (double bed) or (king size) bed are actually 2 single beds with 2 mattresses, and they cover the separation between the beds with extra accessory, But that accessory does not hide the sharp edges of each matters, so if a couple staying on one bed it will never be comfortable for any of them sleeping on the center part of the bed and surprisingly when we ask the reception they said that most of the rooms has that kind of bed except little, And we were just lucky that they had one room vacant with one mattress bed Another very important issue that separation between the rooms is not good we can easily hear the vibration of the mobile of the person staying in the room backside of our bed once we turn off the tv!! And you hear this vibration loud as if it is in your room!!
