Staff was very helpful. They give you the little extras when you ask. The shower water pressure was awesome strong and plenty of hot water when you need it, Good LED TV with a high-tech software application. Free movies, Cable TV and even pay per view. Shared kitchen with a microwave and cups makes it very convenient. Impressed by the AI computer check in kiosk that spits out the room keycard. Bath and face towels are good quality. Toilet design layout out is good and spacious. Outside of the hotel are many restaurants on the main and side roads. 24 hours convenient stores are almost at every corner. The MRT station SungJiang Nanjing station is only a 5 min walk away. You can also take the city bus that stops at near the hotel.

The room could use extra shelfing units on the wall below the TV. A work table matching the sofa would be really nice. Wall hangers to hang clothes inside the bathroom would be an added plus.

the location is ok, whole room facilities is enough for short stay and quite helpful when you encounter anything else just contact their staff via line.

can add a place to store the clothes, reduce the voice transit within the room, the shower operation of the machine can be simplified. overall is ok.

This hotel is not perfect as it is mentioned in other reviews. But its value for money rate is really awesome. I booked maybe even cheaper than sleeping in a hostel dormitory and I had my own room and bathroom in a very convenient location just next to a seven eleven which operates 24h. I totally recommend if you are not super-rich.

The location is good, 5 minutes to the subway station. The price is affordable in Taipei.

Check in time is 3 pm and cannot find the receptionist . We have to check in by ourselves

Very comfortable bed and cozzy room witb simple setup. Very convenient location , within 10min walk from metro station and there are 7-11 convenient store and Yoshinoya restaurant just downstairs. There is a swiss german cuisine restaurant right downstairs which is highly recommended too! I will definitely return to this hotel fpr the next trip to Taipei

No breakfast and no kettle in room nor drinking water machine on the same floor, you will have to take the lift to 6/F for hot water and refill of bottles of water, kind of inconvenient.

Near mrt and downstairs have 7-11 and near hptel also have pharmacy , Subway , massage shop , family mart... Hotel room is small but very clean , next time will come again

Hotel hard to find staff , counter didn't have 24 hour and less staff working

The location was perfect, near many transportations and was easily to find, staff was nice to us, she recommended many places to eat, room was nice and clean

Staff response is slow like no one is gonna help you.Room is small squeezy when sleep.The partition is bad,can hear someone talking in the middle of the night.

The location was great for me. The hotel was very quiet.

The design of the bathroom is a bit strange as it is possible to spray water from the shower out of the door if you are not careful. The bed was quite squeaky.
