The size of the room was large. It's rare to find such a large hotel room for this rate. The room was very quiet. The bathroom was also super spacious, and the water had great pressure.

The location was disappointing. It's about a 20-minute walk to the station and then a further 15+ minute train to anywhere interesting. There are shops and restaurants around, but the main attractions and the places you actually want to be are hard to reach. The room was slightly damp all the time. The carpet needed a good steam clean. The lift was tiny. The reception staff were miserable. They never said hello when entering the hotel. If they weren't on their phones, they were napping. Check-in and check-out was abrupt. No pleasantries. It was kind of like - OK finished, get lost. Booking airport transfer through Klook is cheaper than the hotel's rate.

I think the location is accessible but towards a quieter area too. Not too far from the busy streets but not too quiet too. Beds and toilets were clean

Mosquito . Every night got like one mosquito

The staffs ate accommodating. They clean everyday. Bathroom facilities like shower, bidet, hair blower and towels are clean and works well. They don’t have toiletries like shampoo and soap but that they have mentioned already so customers are aware before even booking. Bed and linens are good too. There is an elevator. Location is near the MRT and bus stations. The location is kinda peaceful (no loud traffic especially at night). There is available coffee and tea machines at the receiving area 24/7

Although we stayed at a non-smoking room, we can still smell trace of cigarette in there. Except for family mart and seven eleven, we cannot find other close by hypermarkets or malls nearby; we had to walk a few blocks away or ride a bus to be able to find one (although we have not really roamed around the area to find out more.

1. Location. The property is located near to convenience store, laundry shop, train and bus station all within walking distance. 2. Comfortable. The bed is soft and comfortable, the water heater works perfectly. 3. Amenities. The room have universal socket, don’t even need to have an adapter. They also have hair dryers and other basic showering facilities.

1. The front desk employee are not aware of our staying period. This has caused some confusion between us and they only charged us for one night despite us staying for three nights, we need to ask them to re-check, and after that only they rectify the issue. Hope that proper training can be provided and ensure that employees are aware of continuous stay guest.

Room is spacious with a jacuzzi. The facilities are a bit old but it's spotless clean. Location is great with a couple bus stations and a few MRT stations within 15 mins walk. The overall experience was great as we had a good sleep those nights (we stayed 3 nights).

The only strange design of the room is that the light on top of the mirror only turns on when you pull out the card, which means you can't really look into the mirror clearly unless all the lights in the room are off (if that makes sense!) Soundproofing could of been improved as we could hear people talking and dragging their suitcases in the early morning, and one morning we could hear the neighbours talking loudly in their room clearly.

We could easily take a bus to taipei 101, shilin night market. walking distance fo 10mins to macdonald and there are buses to other places. Zhong Shan train station is nearby. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. They are prompt to my requests.

Thought that there will be jacuzzi as we booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi in the bathroom. But, was then told that the jacuzzi is no longer available. The function is only a normal bath tub. Nevertheless, my children still enjoyed themselves with the bathtub. NO regrets booking this hotel because the staff is really nice.

I like to walk when discovering cities. As a consequence I am less frustrated by the fact that the closest subway station is 700 meters away. From the hotel, if you are OK to walk up to 3KM, you can access most of the interesting places (I never walked for more than 10-15 minutes to reach the restaurants I wanted to try, but for one next to the Miramar Ferris Wheel). Some sights are a lot closer of course, but some will take you one hour to get there (Taipei 101 for instance). The room was good. Yes, thin walls (as stated by other people), but then why do some people have a need to scream (or speak very loud) in their bedroom? I was on the 7th floor. I never heard the cars from my bedroom, even though I was 25 meters away from the Linsen Overpass.

It is not that I did not like but I think there was no need to change the towel each day.

This is the best money/value we got in Taiwan. I think it’s actually underrated here. Pretty big rooms, comfortable mattresses, nice bathroom. Was very clean. The best thing about it is isolation, although it’s located close to a busy road, you barely hear anything if the window is closed. And it doesn’t hear up quickly if you turn off the air conditioner, so if you don’t like to have it on at night, you can just cool off the room before you go to sleep and then it won’t get too warm.

Ventilation was way too loud, if you’re sensitive, you might have troubles falling asleep first (audible even though earplugs). No laundry service

10minute walks to nearest MRT stations

I loved my stay at Bchic Taipei! The location is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Zhongshan MRT Station, with a safe walkway and a lovely park along the way. The water pressure in the shower was amazing—perfect for a refreshing bath and washing my hair. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. A great place to stay in Taipei!

So far none all good to go.
