Located on a quiet street right, but in a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Room was small but bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom had no windows, but there was a special ventilation system that kept the rooms clean and dry. Bathroom was very spacious, equipment was in good condition and worked well. There were lots of automation features for lights, taps, flush, etc. There was a kettle/tea/coffee in the room, and the minifridge contained water and a soda. Unlike other reviewers, I did not experience any disturbance from other guests/rooms. Beyond the lobby, there is a dining area with tea/coffee facilities and cookies. Presumably guests can eat their take-away food there. On New Year's Eve, I received a little gift of cookies and sweets, which was a nice touch!

Even though there is a permanent front desk which seems to be staffed around the clock, they insist on self-check-in and self-check-out through a kiosk in the lobby and they do not accept luggage for storage after check-out. Bathroom lacked towel rails and clothes hooks.

Small room, but everything is very well thought and designed for good functionality. Every cm2 is well designed to be used. Good lighting system, a fridge, tea, and biscuits are complimentary and good coffee maker at the reception as well. Good pillows. TV with many international channels. Good shower in a nice bathroom. Very quiet room. The reception staff allowed me to get my room well before the check-in time....very appreciated.

The mattress is a bit too hard. Also, the rain shower wasn't functioning well in the room that I occupied....the water sprinkled in every direction over the shower head, including toward the ceiling.

It was a nice and comfortable room with everything I needed.

I really dislike self check in machines. The location is mostly good, but the mrt stations are not close. For the price, a room with a tile floor is a little cheap but the room is mostly comfortable.

Perfect stay ! Nice and lively neighbourhood, lots of bars and restaurants, bus and MET close ! Nice park just next too. The staff was really nice and helpful, all clean, nice room, i could even let my luggage for the day after the checkout ! Thank you !

A really great hotel right in the heart of Taipei! The rooms are very clean and the personel was kind and helpful. They offer early-check-in as well for a reasonable price.

A bit hard to find (you need to use an elevator, which is situated in an open corridor, but there is a big sign on the building, just head for that).

Clean, comfortable and convenient. The area around the hotel is filled with restos and convenience stores. Short walk from the MRT station. Free coffee and light treats. The staff were polite.

Thin walls, I can hear so much noise during the night . The rooms were also a bit dim but it isnt much of an issue.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Richard at front desk helped me communicate with a driver to help organise delivery of my suitcases to another location.

It looks a bit outdated. I think a little makeover would be great for it!

Close to MRT, clean room, self check-in and check-out, nice interior, good aircon, smart toilet.
