The staff were really friendly and helpful; Arthur helped us arrange the taxi going back to the airport even though we had a late night flight. There was a 24-hour coffee and tea station available for all guests, and the hotel is walking distance to a metro station (brown line), also very very near the Songshan train station. Overall, the location was very good considering our dinner reservations were all a short uber ride away.

I did leave with a couple of bed bug bites? It was quite weird as I was the only one who had it and it only appeared on my right leg and arm -- maybe it was on my end of the bed? The bites are still painful a week after staying

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fullerton Hotel Maison North. We really liked that it was right across the street from the MRT Station. After a long day of sightseeing, it was so nice to get off the MRT and be right at our hotel. We were amazed at how high tech our room was, especially the toilet. We had no idea a toilet could do so many things, all of which were easily adjustable. The electric window shades were super cool too. Just playing with all the high tech features of our room was really fun. Every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean, and our bed was super comfortable. Our very favorite thing about the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were always right there to help with anything we needed, no matter how big or small. Arthur, the bellman was the standout highlight of both the staff and the hotel. He was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. Being American, we don’t speak or understand Chinese, and Arthur made sure we always knew where we were going when we left for the day, and was right there to help us with anything we needed. Coming home from the zoo one day, my husband and I got separated on the MRT. He made it back to the hotel first, and when I arrived, Arthur was standing in the doorway, waiting for me. We enjoyed and appreciated Arthur so much we took a picture of the three of us when we left. I wanted to give him a big hug too, but I wasn’t sure about cultural differences so I didn’t. If we ever return to Taipei we will definitely stay at the Fullerton Hotel Maison North again. It was an exceptional experience.

The room is spacious, clean and well-equipped especially the bathroom. I can sit in front of the vanity table for make-up.

It requests a few minutes walk to the Zhongshan Junior High School Station (Wenhu Line / Brown Line), but comparatively speaking, getting to Wenhu Line is not convenient. But it is quite close to Songshan district, Dadaocheng and Dihua Street. As I planned to visit those places, staying in Taipei Fullerton Hotel-Maison North was a right decision.

Very friendly service. Lovely food. I enjoyed the buffet in the morning and the meal the chef cooked. Excellent work Chef. I really liked the bathroom set up, and having somewhere I could get ready and do my make up. It is a close walk to train stations, local shops etc

I think the hotel was a bit dated for the price. The room was lovely but needs a little sprucing up as starting to get tired. I really enjoyed the stay but I found the bed quite hard to sleep on.

The hotel is very nicely decorated with good decor and finishings. The room was modern and aesthetically nice. The staff are amazing and friendly and helped us book transport to the airport. The door staff were friendly too and very nice. The breakfast staff were super friendly and very accomodating. The A La Carte breakfast menu provided good solid choices considering the buffet selection was average. Bathroom is big and spacious. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were also very quiet and the beds and bedding were super comfortable.

The amenities provided were not so great considering we stayed in another hotel where amenities were excellent. Limited tea selection in the hotel room. Would have liked to have seen some Oolong tea or Green tea considering we were in Taiwan. The room size was deceptively smaller than I expected from the pictures. The buffet breakfast selection was also not very good and if you arrive later some things were not refreshed quickly or at all, but the A La Carte breakfast menu was great.

The room was spacious, comfortable bed, good sound isolation, a wide toilet, and the breakfast variety was very good (the coffee was not the best), but the fresh juice and delicious fruits overcame that :-) We had an urgent meeting on the last day at 12 noon, and we asked for a late check out till 1:30, and she immediately agreed with a smile! The staff are so friendly, especially the receptionists

The staff in front desk is very helpful. The staff in kitchen is very frienly and take care customer very well, special for my kid. Our family spent our 4 day in Taipei, and it was wonderful. Breakfast is buffet type, and not so many options. By the way the kitchen has extra menu for guess, which has 6 options, and it is so good.

The hotel is near MRT station, by the way it is brown line, and you normally need to transfer to another lines to reach places.

The Beautiful Room made me felt like home away from home for one week. Bed is firm but comfortable. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and the smart toilet. Staffs are tentative and friendly from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Breakfast is good spread. Location is excellent.

The hotel was modern, elegantly designed and very clean. Staff were friendly, attentive and very professional. I like that it caters to international clientele. Loved how the room had a spacious bathroom, strong shower pressure, great lighting, excellent TV channels. Excellent location close to MRT station, restaurants and shops. Very nice breakfasts.

Bedroom was on the small size, we had some challenges opening and storing luggage, but found a way.

The room is clean and nice. The bathroom is big with shower and bathtub. The bed is comfortable. The hotel is just 100 m from a train station, which make it easy for us to travel to different part of the city.

Overall the hotel is good we do not have any thing that we did not like. Shops are walking distance especially shop for our daily necessity, i.e. 7 eleven, Family Mart etc..
