The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great in Taipei city in the convenient location but also a safe neighborhood. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The bund bed is so hard to climb up. Even for a mid aged lady who is still very agile, I couldn't climb up the bed easily. Please consider replacing the bund bed to something with better design. I will not choose the hotel due to the bad choice of the bund bed. Also they don't offer complimentary towels and you need to pay additional $3 USD for a towel.

Staff were so friendly even when I checked in past midnight due to late plane arrival. Exactly as advertised in terms of amenities. Great value for money. needed somewhere clean to crash for a night.

I didn't love that there were cameras in the dorms. I understand there is a need for security, but it was a bit unnerving in the dorms themselves where people could be changing. A bit scuffed here and there in the dorms.

Overall was great. However , during our stay , we had a horrible experience on 24/12/23 early morning around 4:20am , which the emergency alarm in the room was triggered twice ; after we call the receptionist , was told that “may be someone “ accidentally touch the emergency alarm that it was triggered for the whole hotel rooms. That doesn’t make sense if only one of the room guess has some emergency case , how can the emergency alarm triggered in every rooms ? Anyway. After that I can’t sleep back again.

Basically there are 3 type of beds housed inside a dorm room. The cheapest is the double decker bed and the next is upper and lower bunk bed where you can have your own privacy with a curtain. The most expensive is a single bedroom all by yourself, but this is very cramped and felt so closeted, like staying in a secret access refuge room. The saving grace is the bathroom is within the dorm room. And also the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Everything. The staff was really nice and helpful. In the room, you had privacy even though it is a shared room. When I opened my locker with my card I was surprised to find a pair of flip-flops, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a hair comb, a shower cup, and even an ear picker, a tiny nail file, etc. as gifts. I stayed for a week so they cleaned my bed two times (every 3 days) and they left me these gifts on my pillow both times. <3 Our bathroom door could be opened with a button on the wall, it felt like I staying in an expensive hotel. In the shower, we got a high-quality, organic body wash/shampoo that contained no sulfates and parabens so it was better for my hair than my own shampoo. Great vibes, and a nice area.

Ok, it's a big, industralized in-human building ... AND in their control area they made it VERY warm, sweet, human. 👍 LOVELY quaint colorful unexpected entrance outside. Inviting. 👍Lots of people in 1st floor communal room, with relaxed intensity of a good library.👍 Amazing dorm "pod" configuration, including containing a super clean shared bathroom, just for the 12-bed pod.👍

no natural light. No clock on the wall in my room (I lost my phone and had no sense of time). Industrial building itself.

The location is walking distance to Song Shan airport, where you can take bus to Taoyuan Airport directly and also closes to many lines of bus stations. The facility maintains very clean. Staff are friendly.

To get in and out in a roll up curtain is quite inconvenient, taking a couple of try to know the direction, which is time consuming. For some reason, the bed feels damp, don’t know it’s just my space or in general.

It's a Japanese style hostel so all of the bunks have curtains to partition yourself off. In addition, the bunk areas had curtains. The rooms were very quiet and serene (aside from someone snoring!).

It's in a kind of dull area catering to white-collar businesses. If you know the city and the area this doesn't matter but for newcomers it might be an issue.

Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, simple and nice deco

We booked two rooms, the suite room is for 3 pax and with a sofa bed. But the sofa bed when pulled out is not at the same level, which means that it is only as good as a normal sofa for sleep, and very uncomfortable. The bathtub is just next to the basin and without a shower curtain, our skincare products and the floors are all wet after the shower, a very inconsiderate design.

The shower’s got strong water pressure, super comfortable and the AC in the room is cool and feels real great.

It’s about a 10-minute walk from the metro . It gets pretty hot in the summer, but it’s not a big deal.
