Excellent location, good bed and good pillow, good shower, very friendly and competent staff. Breakfast options are limited but sufficient for a good start to the day. Room was big enough, probably relatively large for Taipei standards. Basic, nothing fancy, but overall great value for money. The location directly next to an MRT exit is extremely convenient.

The location next to the subway was convenient, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was good, the sound-proofing was good, and the desk staff were very helpful in booking taxi service

Breakfast was by appointment-only with a limited menu. We opted to go to the local Starbuck's for our morning coffee. The shower set-up was a little weird and took getting used to. Why is there a transparent full window with a draw-string shade between the sleeping area and the toilet/shower?

Excellent location , close to MRT , the center of the city.

The facility not completely friendly, lack of hangers, the design of the hanging way is quite strange. Lack of hanging items in bathroom. Room not entirely clean up , dusty of the ground. Also only provided 1 door card and asked for additional blanket had to pay additional fee .

The location was great. It was close to MRT station and made the city very accessible. The water pressure in the shower was great too.

There was construction outside of the hotel which made sleeping in impossible as the drilling sounds started very early. The AC also did not seem to be working, the room was very hot, but with the construction going, keeping the windows open wasn’t really an option.

We went to Taipei Art Book Fair, The Creative park is very close to this hotel, I completely missed the coffee packets that kept in the table drawer only last day we found.

The room size is small, otherwise not any issues. They should keep one English and Chinese information sheet about the availability of food and free bees at the rooms.

Great location with MTR just next to the hotel. Room is a quite small but ok. Breakfast is ok but once is enough as there are so many places to eat in the area. The service is good. While the hotel is close to main street, I don't hear any noise from out of the room.

Would hope the shower head is inside the bathtub - weird design to get the bathroom floor all wet.

It's a nice hotel located near the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng station so getting there is easy. The staff were friendly and could speak English so foreigners shouldn't have too much trouble communicating. They offer meals for breakfast and lunch at specific times. Unfortunately, I wasn't there much so I didn't get to eat often. About the room, it was ok for the price. It was very clean and amenities were wonderful. I slept very comfortably on a double bed. I liked that they allowed me to store my luggage after I checked out.

Strategic location and one of the MRT station exits is just next to the hotel. Room is small but still comfortable enough for 3 nights stay. Staff is friendly and helpfu and had good encounter with one of the lady cleaners, who was super helpful and thoughtful of our needs even though we did not request for room service throughout our stay.

Not all hotel room toilets come with bidet. If you need a room that comes with it, please arrange with the hotel upfront.

There was a bath tub in the room. The room had a great TV set up, and the air conditioning was quite cold. The view of the room was also not too bad. The room was also quite big. Location wise, the hotel is very new Zhongxiao Xingsheng MTR station, Exit 3.

The furnishing of the hotel is a bit old. The internet was also not very good at times, which meant that it was difficult for me to do any video calls. There might be a bit of noise as the hotel is very near the main road.

The property was close to the metro and centrally located. The breakfast was quite good each day.

The lighting in the sink area of the bathroom was very dim. It was difficult for my wife to apply makeup and for me to shave.
