The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the MRT, Ximending Night Market, a park, and various restaurants. The room met my expectations, and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay at this hostel. Guests are provided with their own key cards to access both the hostel and its facilities. The place was neat and clean. A highlight of the experience was the lockers, which can also be accessed using the key card. I was initially sceptical about staying in a hostel, but this place truly made me feel secure.

The toilet in the dorm could have been a bit bigger to allow for more comfortable seating while doing your business. Aside from that, I have no other complaints. Checking in and checking out was straightforward, and I couldn't ask for more—except for improving the toilet.

There was clean quiet dorm, best showers, clean plc, very near to taipei main station and ximending area. Coming from mrt , look for visitor info at south gate, outside see M5 on left, across is cesar plc hotel ,walked towards shino 3 mall, go behind see mc D turn right walk straight until bank of kaoshiong, walk straight hostel is behind bank next to weima breakfast and chang beef noodles in between. Along the way plenty of 7-11 and family mart shops.

Location when first arrive, difficult to find it at first. Property needs to tell ppl how to get there.get out which door. Like look for which exit after the train ride from taoyuan international mrt, Crossed over from M5 area to which building across. Walk till where?.which landmark. Direction is important so to not waste time wondering ard

They have the most comfortable bed ever. The size is very fair. Their linens are really clean and soft. This is place where you wanted to go back after a tiring day of exploring in Taiwan. It is very close to Taipei Main Station and Ximending as well, so for this, you’ll save time for everything.

1.Towel is not included and you have to pay for it and give a deposit at the same time which you will get upon returning the towels. 2. Reception is not 24 hours (so it is a hassle when you check out early and there’s no reception to get your deposit which will make you return the towel prior to your departure and ended up with showering and who knows how you will dry yourself.

The Check In was easy with friendly staff. The Hostel is in 2nd and 6th floor where you can take an elevator to go up an down. The room is quite small but ok. Everyone has his own locker. The bed is really comfortable and you have a curtain so good privacy. The shower & bathroom is spacious and good. The coomon room is in the basement with a little kitchenette. The location is really good !! Close to the Main Train Station and Xemending.

Not much cuttlery and our room was completly dark (no window) so we slept well but for waking up or trying to get your jetlag done it's not the best... :)

I had a great stay at Fun Inn Taipei Hostel! The location is super convenient, close to Taipei Main Station and within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and eateries. The dorms were clean and well-organized, with personal lockers and curtains for privacy. The common area was lively and had a welcoming vibe. The staff was friendly and offered great tips for exploring the city. It could get a bit noisy, but overall, it’s a fantastic budget-friendly choice for anyone looking to experience Taipei on a budget.

Doors were making much noise and they were a bit annoying specially at night when disrespectful people were slamming it constantly.

Everything was perfect! The location is very near Ximending Night Market, just walk a few blocks from the accommodation. It is also near restaurants, cafes and banks. Everything you need is there. It is very convenient, you can self check in and check out without any hassle. The room is shared with other guests but you will have your privacy. They also do housekeeping daily to ensure cleanliness of the room. The beds were very comfortable. You will also have your own lockers, toilet, bath and sink inside the room. If you are working, they also have a common working station outside the room. I like the concept of this accommodation. It exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. Plus, their staff speaks English fluently.

Hygiene when I get to check in my bed didn’t prepare or clean yet still messed and didn’t charged the blanket and pillow

Pillows and bed were comfy and clean. We booked a female only room and there was a special female only area with lockers, toilet and bathroom for females only so that was sweet. Check in was efficient, there are lots of reminders and signs that are everywhere, but we didn't have much time to got through them all. Our roommates were quite and considerate during our stay. Location was great, within walking distance to the train station from the airport, and the bus stop too; it is really close to shopping, food and convenient stores.

The bathroom drain was clogged. It started to flood less than a minute into the shower, I had to keep turning the shower off and on to avoid it flooding out of the bathroom. Locker for luggage was a little small for big luggages, luckily there was a little corner behind the door that we could fit in. Privacy curtain blocks out ventilation so we had to leave it open a little for fresh air.

I love how clean the place is. I've also got my privacy. The staff is quite nice and responsive to my questions/messages. It is as described. For a female solo traveler like me, I feel quite safe here. What I love the most might be the location. It's easy to get anywhere, by bus or trains. And on both sides of the hostel, there are halal beef noodles available, which is great for a Muslim like myself.

This place doesn't allow eating & drinking in your room, so it's a bit "troublesome" for me 'cause I love to drink some water before I go to bed and right after I wake up. Going to the kitchen in the basement just for that feels a bit too much. (Note that you should take the stairs to get to the basement 'cause the elevator only goes to the first floor). The front desk is also open quite late in the morning, so if you need anything in the morning, you're quite on your own. And oh, they don't provide trash bin in the room, so if you have some trash, either you go to the toilet and the kitchen, where there's a trash bin available. It's not much of a problem for me, but in case this is important for some, I'd love to point it out here.

The double bed was comfy and the built-in-to-the-wall style of construction made them easy to navigate and no creaking sounds. The curtains provided privacy and the lockers provided security. There was a "private" bathroom for the four beds in the dorm, but it's not polite to use when other other guests are there. Luckily there is another bathroom just outside of the room. Overall, not bad of a stay and there is a nearby overnight parking garage which is only 10$NT per hour.

The toilet located in the dorm was too confined and when someone used it for num 2, it made the room unpleasant. You have to rent towels. Weird kiosk machine for checking-in and out. Not really any public space to chill, like no lounge area, only some seating facing a wall with a few computers on them.
